ghosts are real, but they do not come to haunt or kill. the dead person just got confused for something so that person became a ghost instead of going to heaven.

Poor girl, to have her husband die on the Titanic. She must need to see her husband to leave earth and go to heaven.

The oiuja board hold the power to let you talk to spirits, but they can be dangerous. They can let a spirit into your house, and it can do damage. I know of a story, and a girl and her friends used a oiuja board and I think there house ended up burning down.... scary, huh?
