She followed him, but at a distance. She was used to cats not being friendly with her, but she was curious

Leopardfang regarded the tom. Why was he being friendly towards her? She recognized him as the cat who'd watched as she'd been captured and dragged here.
"Thanks" she said, but her eyes stayed guarded as she delicately took the mouse and wolfed it down -
Bloodkit mewed happily as she swayed from Peacepelt's jaws

"What do you think?"she mewed. Since she arrived here she had been given nothing but cuts and bruises.
"Who are you?" -
Peacepelt returned his gaze and she stood up taller. "Ready."

Bloodkit tried to dodge and nearly fell out of Peacepelt's jaws.

Leopardfang's gaze hardened
"Do you think you're being funny?" she snarled, "Help the cat, then trap her again when she's not expecting it. Ha ha ha." she turned away -
Peacepelt followed, and ahe leapt from rock to rock, suddenly feeling as if she was home.

Bloodkit mimicked the laugh perfectly, and Peacepelt laughed through clenched jaws as they approached the nursery

Leopardfang still didn't trust him, but she decided to give it a go. "Ok, clan-cat. But one foot wrong and I'll rip it off."
she retreated to the corner of her den and curled up on the hard stony floor. -
Peacepelt saw him look back and, in one leap, disappeared into the undergrowth.

"ok , clan-cat. i trust you" -
"i'm a loner - or at least i used to be."

she turned around and stood up. "who are you?" she asked suspiciously
