"Thanks Petal. Too Kind." He gulped it all down and gave a satisfied 'Ahhh.'

"I was with Nightshade the time Shade was poking for me."

"Does it involve flying?" he asked, grooming the matted, bloody feathers out of his wing.

Arrowkit's eyes widened. "all of you? Sunkit, Wisperkit and Moonkit? That's very rare, as you re all in the same litter."

"Since when did you get to decide?" he hisses, his fur puffing up.

"I am one of the four too. Starclan told me that we must work together to save the clans as we know it. First, we all must become apprentices. My ceremony is today. That's one step closer." He revised to the younger kits.
'All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather under hihroch for a clan meeting' a voice echoed across the clearing. Arrowkit straightened up and padded out into the clearing, straight into his mother's paws. Rattlesnake hissed and grabbed him, flinging him towards the high rock. He whimpered and stood up again. A pretty light grey she-cat trotted over to Rattlesnake and was groomed. She trotted over to Arrowkit.
"Hello Arrowkit." she mewed sweetly.
"Hi Bowkit." he meowed.
"Shut-up, Arrowkit." Came Rattlesnake's harsh voice. She clawed him over his ear, and he ducked, but not fast enough, and her claw caught his ear, putting a large 'V' shaped nick in it. He whimpered and shuffled away. Bowkit and Arrowkit were called up, and the ceremony was held. Arrowpaw's mentor was Wingedcloud, and Bowpaw's was Lavendernose. As they hopped of high rock, Rattlesnake praised Bowpaw and hissed at Arrowpaw.

Arrowpaw padded over. "Uh, hi. I guess you saw that little show of motherly love." he mewed awkwardly. "I'm going to Cloudberry for something on my cut." He trotted off to the medicine cat den.

"I wouldn't recommend fighting me." spat Scourge, his re-enforced dog teeth claws coming out. His small tail lashed, and for the first time, cats noticed that he had a tooth sticking through his ear, and a claw in his tail.

Mockingjay purred when she saw Goldenfoot's new kits. The three small bundles mewed as they squirmed. The older kits clambered over. "Hi Mockingjay!" they called. A small grey kit walked over. It was Budkit, a cat that Mockingjay wanted as an apprentice. "Hi Budkit!" she called.

Mintpaw stalked into camp. Her head was held high, and her posh british accent echoed around camp. "Where are the kits?" she called. Goldenfoot padded out of the Nursery. Three kits tumbled behind her. "Hi Beetlekit, Redkit and Greenkit!" she called to them. A big grey tom trotted out of the apprentice's den.
