Mountainpaw padded out of the apprentices den with a large yawn. She stretched her aching and tired muscles.

Snowpaw sighed. He sat in his nest next to Honeypaw "I think it's best to leave her alone for now." he murmured.

Wildtail rose from her nest in the warriors den. She walked into camp and looked around wondering if anyone would go hunting with her. She only sighed.

Blizzardpaw couldn't stand waiting for her mentor any longer.

"Hey, no fair!" she yowled after him and quickly dashed towards him.

Ashwhisker turned his head only to see Whipflash. "H-hi..." he mumbled.

"You're the new warrior, correct?" she asked Jadesong.

Wildtail noticed that the fresh-kill pile was a tad small. She started to head out of camp to go hunt. I wish I wasn't going hunting alone she thought.

"About time." she mewed grouchily.

"Alright, sorry," Blizzardpaw mumbled "I just don't like waiting. Can we go train now?"
