I know this says WIP, but would you mind letting me know when it's okay to submit a character? I absolutely LOVE roleplays about fae, and since the guy you posted is incredibly attractive (or at least, he would be if I didn't have a fiance xD) I'd like to try to make a girl (or guy - which way does he swing?) that could like him :P

Is this open? If so, I'd like to add some characters =3

Username: Disturbed Angel (call me Disturbed or Angel, either works :P)
    Tribute Name: Kitsumi Mahon
    Gender: Female
    District: 12
    Age: 17
    Appearance:

Her hair is naturally black, and she tends to add colors into it such as purple or blue. Her eyes are hazel, usually appearing golden around the pupils with green surrounding the gold, but they change colors slightly according to lighting, what she's wearing, and on rare occasions the intensity of her emotions. Other colors that sometimes appear in her eyes are blue, grey, and brown. She's short for her age, around 5'3'', and weighs 135 lbs of almost pure muscle from working in the mines.
Personality: In one word: depressed. She honestly hates her life, sometimes purposely throwing herself into dangerous situations because she just doesn't care. That is, until she ended up in the Hunger Games. Suddenly she wants to live...but it's too late now.
Strengths: Muscular from working in the mines, and she knows how to survive.
Weaknesses: She's not that fast, has a hard time making allies or gaining sponsors since she's not all that sociable, and she loses her head when there is blood involved.
    Family:

    • Mother: Katarina Mahon
    • Father: Lyle Mahon
    • Older brother: Kyrr Mahon (deceased)

Crush/Relationship Status: None/Single (as of now...)
Token: An Opal stone set into a necklace that her brother, Kyrr had found in the mines and given to her.

    Other: None

    Username: Disturbed Angel
    Tribute Name: Liam
    Gender: Male
    District: 6
    Age: 18
    Appearance:

His naturally blonde hair is usually bleached an even lighter color, becoming a silvery white. His eyes are an incredibly dark blue, sometimes appearing black in certain lighting. He's almost exactly 6 feet tall, and weighs 120 lbs.
Personality: He's the type who is always alert, ever listening and paying attention to what's going on around him even when it seems as if he's focusing on something else. He jokes and laughs easily, and will shrug off any attempts to anger him. He never acts rashly, instead trying to use logic to figure out how to go about things.
Strengths: Observation, and keeping a level head to be able to think logically in any situation.
Weaknesses: Not incredibly strong, doesn't trust his instincts, has never been taught survival skills
Family: None - all dead from a disease
Crush/Relationship Status: None/Single (as of now)
Token: A hair ribbon that belonged to his younger sister
    Other: None

My Moonpelt could mentor your Tigerkit? I haven't created my Advanced bio for him yet, but I am enabled to use advanced boards, and I can link you to a roleplay sample to prove that I can do more than one sentence at a time if you wish.

Username: Disturbed Angel (I go by Disturbed or Angel, doesn't matter =3)
    Kit Name: Promisekit
    Gender: Female
    Appearance:

A true short-haired beauty, Promisekit's fur is a pure, snowy white. She's odd-eyed, having two different colored eyes. Her left eye is a rather light brown, while her right eye is a pale, light blue. Even as a kit her whiskers are long enough for a full-grown cat, a fact that she is teased about only slightly. She's of average size for her age, despite possibly weighing a slight bit less. As of now, her tail is fairly short, with the promise of growing longer as she ages and matures. Too young to have been in any battles or other sorts of trouble, she has no scars, and is in all regards flawless.
Personality: Promisekit is sweet and caring, to cats that she has known for a while, at least. Around others she is slightly shy, and will often stutter or refrain from speaking at all. Once she has the chance to get used to a cat though, she'll be able to react as she normally would. While she enjoys listening to other cat's problems, she tends to keep all of hers to herself, which sometimes ends up in short, explosive periods of anger. They are usually fairly mild and over with quickly, and she always apologizes and makes amends right away. It is something to be on the look out for, though.
    Plots?: None, at the moment.
Activity?: I'm on every day, multiple times a day. I know I'm relatively new to this site, but I've been roleplaying for years, and I've already posted 200+ posts on this site.
    Roleplay Sample:

Name: Lostkit --> Lostpaw --> Lostsoul
    Gender: Male
Activity level: 10 - I've been registered for like, 5 days, and already have 200+ posts xD
Appearance: Long-haired black cat with eyes that are originally hazel, but end up a milky white later on in life (read plot ideas to see why) He has long whiskers, and is a slight bit on the lean side since he's always 'forgetting' to eat because he's too busy playing or enjoying the day.
Personality: At first, he's sweet, playful, energetic - just like any normal kit. Later on in his life, he becomes a bit resentful and harsh, but once he comes to terms with what happened to him, he'll be sweet and kind once again, although he'll always be a bit wistful, longing for what he's lost.
Plot Ideas: After becoming a warrior (or before, whatever) he ends up getting blinded by his evil sibling(s?). His eyes become infected from their scratches, and while he's luckily enough to keep his life, he loses his eyesight. But he'd still be able to see in his dreams, and so he tends to sleep quite a bit so that he can "see" again, if only for a while. Maybe he'd have a premonition later on about waht would happen to his evil siblings.
    Other: None?

As the argument was going on, Torrent wasn't sure whether she should be frightened or amused. She had the urge to run and hide, in case the two ended up fighting for real, but then again she also felt close to laughter. They acted almost like annoyed siblings...maybe more like siblings that hated each other, Torrent thought.
As the bickering ended, Torrent took the hand of the boy she had tumbled into, who introduced himself as Kail.
    "I'm Torrent."

As was her habit when she was nervous, she began to shift her weight from one foot to the other...until a searing pain hit her when she tried to put her weight on her bad leg.
Okay, bad idea, she thought to herself as she quickly masked the pain and put her weight back onto her god leg.

    Well, this was certainly new.

Liam was shaking, feel incredibly nervous. Liam never felt nervous. He was one of those easy-going people who rarely got upset and even when he did, held things inside, choosing not to act on his emotions.

Yet here he was, feeling as if his knees would buckle and clenching his hands into fists, feeling the sweat that was already pooling in his palms.

Taking the pink ribbon of his deceased sister, Shyra, Liam wrapped it around his wrist twice before tying it in place, as he always did before leaving the house. Glitter still remained on some bits of the thin cloth object, but most of it had worn away. Once the ribbon was secured around his wist, he raised it to his lip and kissed it once, twice, three times.

Then he stepped out to face what was awaiting him, praying that disaster and death would not soon be his.

"Kitty, are you listening to me?"

The girl's hazel eyes snapped over to the mirror, where she looked at the image of her mother, who was weaving her hair into a single, long braid. The black of her hair intertwined with the blue and purple, making it look as if a couple ribbons had been braided into the hair as well.

"Sorry, mother, I was...zoning out, I guess." Kitsumi would never admit that she was afraid, not to her mother, and certainly not to herself. Allowing herself to fear would be foolish.

Yet the fear was still there, reflected in those golden-green eyes of hers. Obviously her mother saw it as well, since she paused in her braiding to squeeze her daughter's shoulder, holding back fear of her own in order to give a few words of comfort. "This is the first reaping, you know - chances are that you won't be picked. And then you'll only have one more year before you're too old to be chosen. You'll be alright. Okay?"

Kitsumi nodded. "Of course, mother. I'll be fine."

The sound of a bell could be heard, and Kitsumi stood on shaky legs. She hugged her mother tightly, holding her, for a moment, as if it would be the last time. "I'll go on ahead and get...registered, or whatever. You find father and we'll meet up there."

As she walked out of the house, she had the strangest feeling that it may be the last time she would ever see it again.

((Ooc - I've been sitting here for like ten minutes trying to reply xD I'm watching the Hunger Games, so...yeah xD))

Her pride almost caused Torrent to rip her hand from Kail's grasp. She knew what he was doing, and she wanted to shout in his face, tell him that she didn't need his help. She was strong, strong enough to take care of herself.
Of course, when she really thought about it, falling flat on her face and offending someone she was about to stay with for probably quite a while wasn't a good idea. Her pride really wasn't worth it. So instead, she shot him a thankful smile.
Torrent giggled slightly at his comment about Crystal, but quickly bit her lip trying to silence it. She didn't want to upset Crystal; the girl seemed like someone Torrent didn't want as an enemy. Not that Torrent would rather have anyone else as an enemy...

As she was trying to look for some way that she could help out even with her bum leg, Torrent heard Kail ask if she was hungry. Seeing the roll, her mouth instantly watered. It may not have been fresh, but Torrent had never eaten food that was very fresh, anyways.
Taking the roll, she ate it quickly, wolfing it down. Then, she blushed, embarrassed. Wiping the crumbs from her shirt and mouth, she grinned sheepishly at Kail.
    "Thanks."

Quick question: what clan are his parents from?

Also, I would really love to have this kit; there seems to be a lot of emotional strife going on around this kit, and that's something I love roleplaying! Plus, there's quite a bit of plot attacked to Riotkit, which is another thing that I love.

((I still need to read them *sigh* Of course, there are no copies in the library right now xD))

Being called 'the girl' didn't sit well with Torrent. "I do have a name, you know," she said. "How would you like to be referred to as an insignificant object?"
Of course, Crystal was already stalking off, so Torrent wasn't really sure if she heard or not. She watched as Kail went after her, and then sighed.

For some reason, she wanted to cry. Her life had been saved, but in all honesty, was it worth it? Torrent was just a freak of nature - an abomination that shouldn't have existed.
Sometimes, she wondered if she would have been better off staying back in the lab.

Keeping her eyes on the ground, Torrent shrugged off his apology. "It wasn't like you did anything. And I don't want to be a burden..."

    ((Yay! More people! :D))

Giving in with a sigh, Torrent took the offered arm. She leaned against him slightly, trying to keep a good balance between using his support but not putting too much weight all on him.
She smiled a bit at his comment, holding back the giggle. "Well, hopefully I'll be no burden at all once my bum leg heals. Until then, I guess I'm just gonna have to learn to accept help from others for a while. It's not really something I do often. My pride always got in the way before."
Torrent nodded slightly at his words. "I know what you mean," she said quietly. "And I guess that her way of handling it is...well, reacting the way she did. I shouldn't really have gotten mad at her. We all have our ways of handling what happened."
She began walking, allowing Jericho to lead.

As they walked, Torrent turned towards Jericho.
"Hey, Jericho? I've kinda been wondering...how did you guys escape? I mean, you're obviously from the same type of place that I was. I nearly died escaping, and I only had to worry about myself. How did three of you manage to get out?"

    ((Sorry, short post :P))
