Israel was running from the hospital, having visited for volunteer service. She sprinted to the doors, brusting through and up to the conference room. Perfect, she hadn't missed anything. She sighed in relief and walked in, smiling as usual as she greeted the nations with a smile and wave of her hand.[/size]

[size=7pt]Rhanae smiled brightly, "That's nice to hear." She replied. "i hope I haven't missed anything...have I? I was running late from some work." Noticing Greenland, the girl gave another kind smile towards her with a wave.

Rhanae smiled lightly. "Well...you know, it doesn't matter who made the invention, does it?" She asked. "If it's made to help in any way...it's always worthwhile just to experience the outcome, and the impact it could have." She tried to explain what she was thinking, unable to really put it into words. "But...I'm glad I didn't miss anything." She finished, giving a small wave and heading over to her seat. "Hello, Greenland, are you doing well today?" Israel asked a she passed the girl's seat. It was almost automatic for her to ask by now.[/size]

She was used to just sitting and staying quiet, giving her opinion only ever once in a while when someone would ask. Otherwise, she always seemed to find ways to agree to both sides of any argument.[/size]

[size=7pt]Israel tried to think. Global warming, water usage....she wanted to try and speak up today. It would be a rare sight, seeing her speak her mind, but she had become more eager to participate. She looked at North and South Korea, slightly smiling. She thought South's joking attitude contrasting his brother's more serious tone was...she wasn't sure how to explain it. Cute? Possibly, but it didn't seem the right context. She quickly veered her mind back on topic--best not get distracted now.
She thought up a topic, raising her hand just slightly, forming the words in her head. It was the first time all day she looked uneasy, not sure if anyone would acknowledge her.[/size]

[size=7pt]Israel noticed the acknowledgement made by Yong-Soo, smiling back gratefully. She didn't make eye contact with anyone when she spoke, simply looking at the table, somewhat red-faced.
"Well...if we're going to be on the topic of Global Warming...one of the main factors of it is the extending use of fuel. Most of which mainly goes into transportation. S-So...if we could find a way to make vehicles more efficient in fuel-saving...we would be able to rule out a major factor in global warming.." She finished with a lowered voice, eyes scanning around the room to see what everyone though. She was afraid of a negative reaction, of course. Disagreement, a lack of understanding, or that she had made a mistake and her plan was not at all of value. But she said nothing, waiting for a reaction.[/size]

"I know it may take a while....but we've already started developing solar cars and if we just improved those ideas, we could be eliminating a huge cause of global warming. And if we develop more ideas on how to reduce it, we could have different nations working on different ideas....in like a group. Whatever you think you can help most with, improve on that idea..'[/size]

[size=7pt]Israel returned the smile, her eyes then scanning the table in front of her. That wasn't so bad--she thought. She should speak up more often...it would help her socialize more. She looked back at the others around her. She caught the wink from Katta, but not quite understanding. Still, she smiled back, relieved that no one seemed to be objecting. Yet, at least.[/size]
