Frost watched Tigris for a moment and then slipped out of the den. Sunlight filtered down through the trees that rimmed the clearing and dappled light across her pale coat, giving it a soft gleam. Shaking herself, she surveyed the camp with chilling blue eyes. She padded towards the fkp.

Tari tilted his head at Shimmer, but kept eating.

Grinding his teeth against the bone, Tari extracted the last shreds of flesh from it. He stood up and shook out his russet flecked coat. Then he padded out of camp, looking for a shallow pool somewhere he could drink from.

Frost walked towards the elk’s body, hunger gnawing dully at her stomach. Paying no heed to the other wolves, she padded past them and extracted a hunk of meat from its haunches. Then she carried it away, settling down under a charred tree and gnawing tentatively at it.

Hearing a cry, Tari overcame his fear and sprinted towards the river - his tail streaming behind him. He glanced nervously up and down water and went rigid as he spotted Piper thrashing in the water. "Piper!" he cried, surging into the air and leaping over the water without a second thought. He ignored the frigid chill that bit into his skin as he plunged into the river. Without realising what he was doing, he started swimming strongly towards her.

OOC: its rather funny how we have wolves drowning - on the brink of death, and then others blissfully unaware proclaiming their love to each other. hehe

"No! Get Kenya!" Tari cried to Bassic, as out of the corner of his eye he saw her plunge helplessly over the waterfall.

Tari snarled suddenly. "No! Piper, swim!" An chilling shard of fear pierced him watched a she sank. He struggled frantically against the water, jerking forward in great heaves of his paws. Then he plunged down into the water where Piper was sinking beneath the surface. Then another icy claw of fear grasped him as he hung suspended in the water above her. I cant... I cant... No! He fought wildly against it, breaking free to throw himself down after her.

OOC: oof, gotta go again. Groan.

Tari realised he was standing over her, his sodden fur dripping everywhere. He quickly stepped away. Relief flooded him, and he sighed. "You should be more careful," he whispered, and then more loudly. "Wheres Bassic?" He glanced around before realising. "Kenya! She went over the falls."
"Do you think you can get back to camp?" he asked gently. "Katana should have a look at you.

Tari took a second look at Piper, he didn't want her to go back alone to camp in her state. "Wait, just stay here for a second." He took off at a good pace towards the falls. Gritting his jaw for what he might see, he peered over. He was suprised to find that he couldn't spot Kenya anywhere, or Bassic. Cotemplating the waterfall for a second, he drew away. Unless Kenya was swept away - Bassic must have got her. He would have come back to help Piper if she was... He swallowed, He might have taken her to camp. I hope he has. He took a last look at the raging waters and leapt away towards where Piper was.

Cutepaw - howling in delight - hurled himself at the pizza monster. "OUR PIZZA JUST ARRIVED!" he screamed. He began rapidly scoffing pizza toppings from its face. "Oh great StarClan this is good!"

Blehface bumped into the Pizza monsters foot, his bottle of mouthwash still clutched in paw. He looked up with a sheepish grin splitting his face. "Oh, Hi Fred. Would you like some mouthwash?" He reached up and held the bottle of mouthwash out, swaying precariously.

Tailchaser - seeing all the other cats hunting for these miraculous tasting eggs - began rushing frantically about the forest in the effort find another. Chocolate... He could have almost drooled.

Feeling a rush of delight, Tailchaser spotted another. It was nestled in the fork two branches in a large oak. He surged up the trunk and stood gloating over the egg. "Now I eat you!" he proclaimed. A harsh scream made him jump - A hawk flew feverishly towards him, talons out stretched. Tailchaser looked down at the egg. It was particularly ordinary - white with greyish brown speckles.
