Pantherkit looked around as the other kits padded into the nursery.

Jaywhisper lied down and wiped her tail around Pantherkit.

Pantherkit jumped as thunder split the air. She huddled more closely into her mother's fur.

Pantherkit nodded shyly.

Jaywhisper licked Pantherkit's ears then stood, noticing Basilstride. She nudged Pantherkit to her paws, in case they had to move.

"Come on, Pantherkit." Jaywhisper mewed, picking up Pantherkit.

"Wh..Where are we going, mommy..?" Pantherkit mewed to her mother. Her voice sounded nervous.

Jaywhisper began to follow Stripedtail and Brighteyes. "We're going to higher grounds. The lower dens flood too easily. Although, that depends on the storm." She explained around her kit's fur. "It'll be alright."

Pantherkit squirmed around as the cold rain drizzled down. "Mommy, I'm cold; how far is it?"

Jaywhisper hesitated, the nervously mewed, "Honestly, Pantherkit, I don't know."

"Oh..ok." Pantherkit nodded.

Jaywhisper padded on, Pantherkit firmly in her jaws.

Pantherkit peered around curiously from where she hung in her mother's jaws.

OOC: I like Firetail.. ^^

BIC: Shypaw nodded and purred, happy for Fire___.

OOC2: I love how everyone's putting Fire___ x3

Jaywhisper waved her tail in greeting. "Yes, fine. Doing well." she mewed around her kit's fur.

Pantherkit nodded at Brighteyes and purred a faint, "Hi."

Jaywhisper purred happily.

Pantherkit's eyes showed she was relieved.

Pantherkit mewed a relieved "Yes."

Jaywhisper nodded in agreement.

OOC: Hmm....How about Firefrost?

BIC: Shypaw bounded up to Fire___ and brushed her tail lightly over his shoulder. "Congratulations." She purred.

"It's okay. I can manage." Jaywhisper purred and nodded.

Pantherkit nodded too.

Shypaw turned to look at Wishpaw and Tabitha. She nodded at Fire___ before padding over to them. "Okay," Shypaw mewed, nodding.

Shypaw looked confused, but shook her head. She licked a paw and drew it over her head. She then nodded slightly.

Jaywhisper's fur was soaked with rain and she was shivering a bit. She purred gently to Pantherkit. "Almost there. We'll be out of the rain soon."

Pantherkit blinked rain from her eyes then mewed softly, "..Ok."

Shypaw took a step back and bumped into Twinn. Her companion looked confused, but Shypaw just shook her head. The two watched Tabitha and Smoke.

Jaywhisper purred, relieved. She trotted into the cave and sat down, then put Pantherkit down. Jaywhisper began to lick the rain from her kit's pelt.

Pantherkit slowly blinked her eyes. It felt good to be out of the rain.

Ashkit looked up. She saw Flowerpaw and Summergaze. "Here! Over here!" Ashkit called.

Sapphirekit lay limp on the ground. She had cut her shoulder when the branch broke. Her breathing was normal but slowly growing shallow.
