Ravenchaser gently pressed her paw against Branchclaw's belly. "Just one," She meowed then picked up the second kit and placed it in front of Lunarstrike to lick.

Eros followed his mentor through the forest.

Tinypaw looked up at Sparkfire then stood. "Sure!" She meowed.

Ravenchaser purred in relief then nudged the herbs she had brought earlier towards Branchclaw. "Eat these," She meowed. She looked at the kits. "So, what are you going to name them?"

Ravenchaser purred as looked down at the kits. "They're beautiful names for beautiful kits," She meowed then stood before she left the nursery, almost hurriedly. For some reason, the medicine cat could feel a bit of jealousy for Branchclaw's kits, but she didn't want to show it towards anyone.

Jaykit suckled.
Ravenchaser padded back to the medicine cat den.

Jaykit nuzzled into his mother's belly, falling asleep.
Hollykit slept by her siblings and Sweetstar.

"Um," Eros paused to think. "Roll onto my back, putting my weight on them so they have to let go before I get up?"

Eros flinched a bit when she jumped on him, but he immediately rolled onto his back, his weight laying on her.

Tinypaw nodded then, copying Sparkfire, crouched low to the ground after she scented a squirrel. Inching forward, she finally pounced and killed the squirrel with a single bite to the neck.

Tinypaw purred. "Well, I have hunted for my own food before," She reminded the former kittypet.

Eros rolled off her, jumping to his feet. "Sorry," He apologized.

Tinypaw smiled at her. "You're doing a good job, too."

Hollykit pressed close to Heatherkit.

Moonpaw popped her head up from grooming herself. Standing up, she bounded over to Skychaser. "Yes?" She meowed.
Aphrodite growled softly then looked at Maplebreeze. "Maplebreeze, may I ask you to go outside please?" She whimpered.
Maplebreeze looked at the pregnant she-wolf. "Uh, sure," She meowed, standing up and padding outside.
