Shadowstorm gazed around the clan wishing he had a mate. His gaze focused on the nursery wishing with another agonizing pain that he had kits of his own.

"Sure I will come," she said love filling her gaze. She turned her head embarrassed.

Suddenly Nightfeather blurted out, "Do you love me because I love you?"

Shadowfur purred and rubbed his muzzle along hers.

"Hunting I brought you a squirrrel, I know how much you love it."

"Please, no." Eaglepaw said sounding TERRIFIED. " Brokenstar said that if Mottledstar found out he would turn me into crow food and leave me for the foxes!"

He acknowledged the other cats with a nod but he had eyes only for Darkheart.

"I'll try but it seems like whenever he wants me to come I appear there even in the middle of the day it's wierd." Eaglepaw frowned at the thought.
