Bella grabbed her backpack then started running to class. Her brown eyes full of spunk. She got to homeroom just before the bell rang.
Riley just shook his head walking to class late, again. "That's my cousin, the spunky yet always playful Bella," smiled Riley as he sat down in his desk. The school bully, Marshall, came in. He snapped at Riley, "Get out my seat boy!" The fast young teen stood up facing Marshall snapping back with fury in his eyes and growling in his voice, "For once leave me alone! Besides I have better things to do than beat you up." Marshall backed up and ran to a different desk. Riley smiled to himself then sat back down reading a book.
