Ivystep looked at the handsome tom, then quickly looked away so she wouldn't blush. She really liked Flashfire and she hoped he noticed her.

Ivypaw nodded and did what she was told. Now, carrying one stack under her chin and one stack in her mouth, she walked behind her mentor back to camp.

Darkrose stood up and shook her fur, before looking around, hunting on her mind but she kinda didn't want to go alone. She sighed and walked up to Hawkheart. "Hunting?" She asked simply.

Dappleleaf stepped between the two toms. "You two, we don't need any violence. Forestheart, we're just taking him to Crowstar. Blacktail, if you want to join the clan, I suggest getting on cat's good side." She smirked at Blacktail, finally pointing out one mistake he made.

Ivytail watched as her sister took control. She always thought Dappleleaf would make a good leader in her opinion.

Darkrose dipped her head to her leader. "Hawkheart and I would like to go hunting." She said respectfully.

Goldstreak nodded to his leader then got up to walk over to Greypaw. "Come along, we have a lot to work on." He said, grinning at his new apprentice.

Darkrose nodded then walked out with Hawkheart. "Where you like to hunt?" She asked, trying to be nice since she didn't talk to cats much.

Dappleleaf nodded to Forestheart then looked at Blacktail and Ivystep. "Let's go." She said and took the lead.

Ivystep smiled and got up to follow her sister.

Darkrose nodded and padded towards the border. Suddenly, rabbit filled her senses. She crouched and crept up on it until the wind changed, blowing her scent towards her prey. The rabbit shot up and started to run. Darkrose raced after it and after cornering it, made the swift kill. She brought it back to Hawkheart, breathing heavily,

Goldstreak watched Gingerpelt leave and inwardly sighed. Such a beautiful she cat. He shook it off and began padding towards the training grounds. Once they got there, he crouched in the middle and flicked his tail. "Alright, I want you to try and get past me, and I will try to stop you. Ready?" He asked

Darkrose gave a curt nod in thanks. "You too." She replied shortly. She buried her kill so she could come get it later. She stood up and shook the leaves out of her silky fur, violet eyes shining.

Dappleleaf rolled her eyes at the toms. "His name is Crowstar, most respected leader in the forest." Her eyes shone with pride, as if she was proud of herself for being in his clan.

Ivystep scented the air. "Forestheart, it seems to me that there is a rabbit towards that way." She pointed with her tail.

Ivystep looked at her sister then Blacktail. "I apologize, but I need to get back to camp. I believe my apprentice is waiting for me." She dipped her head, winking at Dappleleaf, and headed back to camp.

Dappleleaf watched her walk away, blushing. "She is so weird." She sighed

Ivypaw put her stacks of catmint down and walked out of the den. She groomed her dark creamy fur in the warm sun.

Dappleleaf looked at Blacktail curiously as they walked back to camp.

Dappleleaf looked at her surroundings. "Not far, actually." She replied. "Ivystep wants me to find a mate because she wants to be an aunt. She can't have a mate or kits of her own, so mine will replace that emptiness. I just haven't found anyone yet..." She trailed off

Darkrose nodded. "It would be kind to give her one." She replied

Ivypaw walked back into the den and sat down beside her mentor.

Ivystep smiled. "Excellent. Good work Riverpaw. Now, I thinkwe should go to the training hollow. I need to teach you to defend yourself." She said.

Dappleleaf looked at Blacktail. "You alright?" She asked, concerned at his sudden silence.
