Torties/torbies can only be female unless in the case of a mutant gene, which then the cat can be male.
I believe to get a tortie/torbie one of the parents has to have the red gene..?

Okay, I think I understand. :3 But in your example, you said that you could have torbies when a parent is a black factor. Why aren't there torbies?

The young tom slowly backed up, pressed up against Wolfsmoke and whispered, "Is that what you meant?"
Paranormalpaw stifled a snort. "Well that wasn't very smart of you. No worries, though, I can fix you up." The medicine cat apprentice pulled out some reed and poppyseeds. Carefully, he wrapped the reed around her injured paw. "Just stay off of it for a few days and it should be fine. Oh and here, eat these," he said, pushing forward the two poppyseeds.

I really don't have any muse, I don't roleplay very much anymore. :] The only reason I need to roleplay is to tend to medicine cat duties with Para, and I don't have enough muse to do that. So I need someone to temp me. First, Para's my baby and I need some rules.
