    Kynia POV

I watched as some foreign apprentices decided to take a stroll into the Blackheart Rogues' territory. This place wasn't for them. How dare they come here?! I growled to myself. I emerged from the shadows, my golden pelt standing out against the gloomy land of the Blackhearts. "Trespassers," I spat at them. "I highly suggest you leave this territory, before you become dog food." I chuckled menacingly.

    Skyke's POV

I heard some conflict in the distance, and decided to go investigate. "Who's the trespasser this time, Bermisse?" I asked. "They should know very well this is the land of the Blackhearts." I unsheathed my claws and glared at the intruder.

    Myk's POV

I sat alone, well, except for my two kits, watching the sunset, the way I did every night. I jumped when I heard the squeaking of... well, I wasn't sure what it was. I followed the sound until I came to a box. I mewed at my kits to follow, which they did obediently. I peered into the box and saw a small kit, laying there, abandoned.
"What's that kit doing there?" asked Fae, one of my kits.
"I think she was abandoned by her mum," I replied.
"Ohhh, that's sad..." Fae walked away to play with Bista.
I picked the kit up gently in my mouth and laid her down in the grass. I licked her clean and rubbed her with my nose.

I stalked circles around the small cat. Barely an apprentice, I thought to myself. "You have friends nearby?" I asked, seeing if she would tell the truth. I could smell them. I looked down on the apprentice. I could tell she was one because, kits don't just go wandering around without a parental unit, and warriors... well, let's just say they wouldn't cower like that. I snapped at her tail, smirking and with fire dancing in my eyes.

I nudged her over to my stomach so she could suckle. The poor thing... My other kits came over as well, one on each side of the smaller one, keeping her warm. It was a tad chilly... leaf fall... But harsher weather was yet to come.

I laughed. "Obviously, this kit cannot smell," I retorted. "If it could, it'd know this is our territory. We mark the borderline every day, kit. Learn to smell!" I laughed again, glaring icicles at the trespasser.

"Now," I growled, "I suggest you get off our land before we force you." I squinted at the cat cowering in the tree. I turned to Bermisse, hoping the deputy would allow me to chase this trespasser away. I did love a good chase.

"It's a yes or no question," I hissed. I stalked away from the little apprentice and stood beside the hiding place of her friends. "Where are they?" I smirked, my tail flicking at the hidden ones. "Anyways," I changed the subject and walked away from the other apprentices, "why are you here in the Blackheart Rogue territory?" I snapped at her paws, intentionally missing.

After a while, I got up, and carried the small kitten into an old abandoned mansion. Many cats used this building as their temporary home, maybe even permanent. I meowed for my kits to follow, which they did, as always. I sat the new kitten down on a small pillow that happened to be on the floor.

"How do you know?" I growled. "Don't be so quick to judge. It can have serious consequences."
I clawed at the intruder, trying to nick her shoulder. I would call for recruits, but these newbies wouldn't even be a decent match for me. Too simple. "Get off our land, or I'll shred you up and turn you into crow-food," I threatened, a dark seriousness clouding my eyes.

I kneaded the pillow, making it softer. I gathered up the kittens and curled up around them, keeping them warm from the autumn chill that slithered in through the cracks of the abandoned building.

I continued to walk along the border of ShadowClan, only a few yards ahead of them. I snickered silently to myself. My ears twitched as i tried to pick up parts of their conversation.
