I had the first book of Harry Potter, and I read like... Three pages before I tossed it to the side. The story never really sparked my interest and I'm sorry, the movie didn't either. The story is too long for my opinion, and the writer explains one thing for too long. That is probably why I liked the Hunters writing better; they keep it simple, like saying a silver tabby is a silver tabby with blue eyes. Harry Potter will go on for paragraphs of how this cat's eyes will spark in the night and the next other few paragraphs describing its pelt. It bores me to death.

I haven't read so I don't know if this is true, but appearently, my friend who read harry potter, says that the rooms change where they are as well (something about a math room being downstairs at first and is now upstairs or something like that).

But yea, I just don't like harry potter xD; Or twilight.

Softkit had pounced a bit and blinked when she felt something under her front paws. She lowered her head slightly to sniff, only to lick her lips and purr happily. A mouse! It wasn't as bit as what her sister had caught before, but it was a prize enough to make the tabby kit mew in glee. Slowly lifting one paw, Softkit leaned her head down and bit down onto the mouse's head, killing it immediately. Her wiskers twitched in amusement as she licked her nose, trying to get the mouse's blood off her muzzle.
"Mamma! Mamma!!!!" Softkit mewed, picking up her mouse right after and bounding over to her mother. She dropped the mouse and licked her lips. "Mamma, look!! Look Mamma! I did it, alllll by myself!" With that, Softkit puffed her chest out proudly and meowed.

Blackfrost couldn't help but to let out a gentle laugh. She pushed herself up on her feet and stretched slightly before she licked her shoulder quickly. She had decided to leave before any drama occured around her. Foxsong would pretty much explain and calm the scene most likely anyway.
Silently, the she-cat walked out of the den.

    (Exit)

Softkit purred, proud of herself, and picked up the mouse again. At the moment it didn't seem like she really heard anything, but the kit indeed did her hear her mother's words. With another purr of joy, Softkit, without answering her mother, began to run to her littermates, one at a time and mewing, her words muffled with her mouse that she carried, since she didn't want anyone to take her first prey.
"W'ee Goi'n Hom!!" She announced happily.

Tiny, fluffy and white Dreamkit squirmed blindly near her mother's stomach. She opened her mouth and sucked on a teat hungrily, using all her strength to fill her stomach with milk.

Softkit blinked a few times, her mouse dropping to the ground as she let out a sad mew. Why? They all wanted to go back at first; they all wanted to go back to Thunderclan and rest in the soft moss bed, eat warm food and be protected by the other warrior cats of Thunderclan. Why did they change their mind?
Turning to her mom, Softkit's ears lowered in sadness. She wanted them to stay together, but it was long impossible to do so now. With another soft, sad mew, Softkit moved herself to Brightkit.
"You... Are you leaving too, Brightkit...?"

"I want to play a game!"
Autumnkit mewed excitedly, her ears twitching a bit. She sneezed when she felt a snowflake enter her nose when she looked up into the sky for answers of where to go, but quickly recovered and licked her paw, rubbing it on her face to give it a quick wash. "Games are fun~"

Springpaw grinned at her mentor's explanation, turning to look into the water right after. She made sure three of her paws' claws were dug deep into the ground, and looked up to the sky to see where the sun was placed at. Letting out a purr of excitement right after seeing that the sun would make no problems for her to worry about having her shadow in the water, Springpaw licked her lips. Her first catch... It was making her tail twitch in excitement and pride as she imagined herself easily clawing at a fish struggling to get back into the water.
"I'm ready..." Springpaw purred, announcing her state to her mentor. Her left ear gave a quick flick as she tried to listen for any noises in the water that was not natural. When she saw the fish swimming by, Springpaw rushed, as all first-time apprentices do, and of course missed the prey. Instead Springpaw lifted a now-wet paw and hissed to herself. "I could have gotten that..."
Licking her paw, Springpaw gave a small sigh and tried to look into the water again, still having trouble spotting the fish.

Cat Wanted Neverendingkit (The outcast xD)
Bio (Quickly made, so not perfect x.x):
Neverendingkit has the red tabbyish pelt like her father, and emerald green eyes like her mother. She is not a cat that one would call interactive, since she stays by her mother's side most of the time, confused with the relationships around herself. She believes that the kittens around her are her real littermates and asks no question about it. She looks up to her father for some odd reason and tries to follow him around wherever he goes.
Roleplay Sample Do I have to? D: I'm RPing with you right now... I'll make Neverendingkit kind of like Softkit, without so many complaints xD

Blissheart stuffled an amused purr. It was not rare for kits to be excited to become apprentices, but this kit seemed to be extra excited, to be able to have the courage to get out of the nursery and into the cold weather. Turning to Mousestep, the calico warrior licked her nose before she meowed, "Five moons old, she says."
Giving the kit a quick lick on her head, Blisspaw tilted her head slightly to the side and blinked. "Why not enjoy your kit moons? Most of the fun will disappear once you become an apprentice, you know?"

A black cat moved herself to stand in front of the inviting cat. She licked her nose and yawned, as if she had just awoken from a deep slumber, and gave her shoulder a quick lick to straighten the fur's state. Her ears gave a quick flick, and with a meow, she had spoken to Gravelfox, "I'll go. There's really nothing much to do; it's quite peaceful."
Blackfrost, as the cats in the Windclan knew this she-cat, flexed her solid black paws, letting her claws show in and out. "I need to stretch a little anyway."

"Huh!? H--Hey, that's not fair!" Autumnkit hissed, her fur standing a bit. She wasn't ready for that! With a frown, the calico kitten flexed her paws however, figuring that someone indeed did have to start the game. If she was going to be the one that wouldn't be tagged again, then why not enjoy it?
Flattening her ears against her head, the tiny kit's whiskers twitched, and she began to sprint after the two other kits. "Wait~! S--Stay!" She mewed, knowing too well that she will not be able to catch up fully.

Springpaw watched, amazed by the skillful and small moves that her mentor showed. She looked to her paw and gave it one more quick lick to clean it of mud, and lowered her head to sniff the water. She smelt another fish and narrowed her amber hues. "I can do this..."
The apprentice made sure she was well balanced, and with a careful copy of what her mentor just showed, she tried to get the tiny fish that swam by her, riding the current. Springpaw's paw felt the fish swim by, its scale rubbing up against her, but by the time Springpaw noticed and tried to hook the fish, it was too late. With another small hiss, the apprentice pulled her paw out of the water, watching water droplets fall back from her paw to the river.
"...Well... I thought I did..." It was true; this was going to be hard to catch a fish on her first day...
