"Yes? Something wrong? You alright?" He looked back at Sam, the same cheery and hopeful expression plastered into his face.

"N-No I just-" Alfred winced a bit as loud shouting could be heard from the other end of the line. The last thing he wanted was to get in trouble with his boss, but he would do it to stay. "Well there's nothing you can do about it!" Alfred shouted before hanging up and throwing his phone across the room.

"Course I'm okay!" He grinned, ruffling her hair. "No reason not to be! Now then, lets get going!" He started toward the village.

The Detective held Sam's hand a little tighter than usual, still slightly nervous and afraid. He stopped once he was close to the village. The villagers looked to be human, except for the fact that instead of normal ears they had cat-like ears on their heads.

Daniel slowly opened his eyes as the small beams of sunlight shone into the room. Blinking a bit to clear his vision, Daniel slowly sat up, the blanket falling off of him. "What..." It took the blonde a minute to remember what had happened and where he was.

"Don't be," America sighed, looking down at the ground. "It's not your fault." He ran a hand through his hair, fighting to keep a straight face.

"Should be just over here," He said cheerfully. A certain villager stopped and dropped the supplies he was carrying as he spotted The Detcetive, his ears swiveling forward like a cat's.
"D-Detective!?" The time lord grinned and nodded, causing the alien to laugh and run toward him.

He let go of Sam's hand and embraced his old friend in a tight hug.
"Where have you been!? You've been gone for years!" The cat-like human laughed.
"Just here and there, saving planets and whatnot," The Detective answered happily.

"Well it's good to have you back!" His friend stepped back and looked Sam over cautiously. "And who's this?"
"Ah!" The Detective grinned. "This is my companion Sam~" Reaching out a hand, the Detective's friend smiled at her.
"Nice to meet ya Sam!"

"Call me Gryphon," he smiled.
"We used to cause trouble all over the galaxy~" The Detective laughed, smiling happily.

[Haha oh my gosh yes! I really liked Frozen, I thought it was a nice movie :)]

Daniel ran a hand through his hair and looked back at Psenich, blinking and matching her gaze. "Morning..."

"Just..." He bit his lip and walked off, deciding that it would be best not to freak out in front of Arthur. His boss had said he wasn't allowed to be with Arthur. They were going to pick him up if he wouldn't come one by himself.

Daniel stretched his arms out before standing up. He rubbed his eyes like a kid and yawned tiredly.

"Oh yeah," Gryphon nodded. The two boys looked attach other before grinning like madmen and laughing again. "Come on, it's getting' dark, we should move inside."
"Why? Last time I was here it was safe in the dark," The Detective said in a softer tone.
"Things have changed since then," Gryphon sighed. "The planet is dying."

{You're so lucky!!! Wish I could be there!! And it's not just you, the new cats freak me out too O_O}

Daniel shook his head, not wanting to take any of her good supply. "No thanks," he said softly. Although he was hungry, he wasn't going to show it.

Kyo hummed softly to himself as he grabbed a cup from the cabinet and moved over to the sink, filling it with water. His back was facing the the doorway, so he didn't see Kuro enter the kitchen. Taking a sip of water, he leaned against the counter.

{Oh...}

Daniel looked over at the supply once more before giving in to his growling stomach and grabbing something to eat. "Okay, well I guess maybe one thing won't hurt..."

He finished eating quickly, a faint smile on his lips. Maybe things weren't going to be so bad after all. Maybe they would just there for a while in the building they were in now. I mean I want to go home... But whatever.

The Detective laughed. Gryphon gave the time lord a confused look before glancing over at Sam. "Is he alright...?" He asked her.

Daniel sat up and stared over at the twins, his heart eating a little faster than moments ago.
