Acorn opened up an eye and looked around.

Acorn snuck out of the nursery, Squirrel still asleep, her thinking he was still beside him.

Autumn ducked into bushes, trying to avoid the cats.
Acorn tripped over a pebble and front-rolled into the bushes that Autumn was hiding in.
Squirrel jerked awake. She looked around wildly for Acorn and hopped out of the nursery. She sniffed around and found his scent trail leading into the bushes. "Get out of there Acorn!" she said, pulling him out.
