Hawktail sat waiting for his mate. He couldn't wait to see her again.

"Well, do you think that we have been nice to you, or not?" she mewed sweetly.

Treeblaze saw the hunger in her eyes. "Go on. There is plenty to go around." he purred, handing Shimmer a rabbit, and taking one for himself.

"Good morning. How are the kits?" he asked sweetly.

Waterheart smiled and turned to Reedtail. "I think it will be safe to take him back ourselves, if Shadowkit wants to go back." she meowed.

"I can't wait to see them, when they are old enough. That won't be until they are apprentices, though."he mewed sadly. "I am glad you are feeling well. I am sure our kits will be beautiful." he purred, and licked his mate's cheek.

"Well, if we take you back, we will explain that. And since you think we are nice, they will not think that we harmed you in any way." purred Waterheart.

Treeblaze stared. "You must have been starving!" he laughed.

"That is very thoughtful of you, Pinepaw. Smokepaw would love to have you help. He will probably need it. And if either of you need help, just ask me. I will be in the med cat den instead of the nursery so I can help you with the cats." mewed Forestleaf.

"Of course. Reedtail, could you alert Bearstar?" she meowed.

"You must be careful, though. We can't let anyone find out."he meowed. "I hope the she-cats look just like you." he nuzzled Arialsong gently.

"I am going to see what Smokepaw is doing. I'll see you later." she mewed.

"Fine. But we must be very quick. And you must promise to not tell anyone in your clan that we let you." she meowed.

"Yeah, Moonstar.........." she stopped, and immeadiatley went into the hunters crouch. A little white speck of fur moved, and Wolfpaw leapt onto it, killing it easily. She then carried the rabbit back to freesia paw. "I told you there were rabbits here." she purred.

Hawkheart's ears swiveled backwards. "Patrol! You must leave! They can't find us here!" He gave her a quick lick on her shoulder and sprinted off.

Smokepaw came bounding out of the med cat den. "Hey, Pinepaw! Wanna go hunting?" he asked excitedly.

When the patrol finally came, they quickly ran through, not bothering to glance at Arialsong.

After they had passed, Hawktail came back. "Arialsong, are you still there?" he called. He walked back toward the border and saw Arialsong.

"I know, dear. But if your clan finds out that we didn't just take you home, they will attack us. Maybe even kill us. Do you want that to happen?" she asked gently.

"Stealthstar!" shouted Forestleaf the next morning. The call came from the med cat den.
