Quailstream, Willowpond, Thornchaser, Orchardapple, Chestnutfur, Splashdove, and Deerleaf were relaxing in a clearing after escaping from two legs, they had been taken when they were kits and had no idea where they came from, none of them were related.All the cats made up their own name, Thornchaser ran into a thorn bush, Splash dove chased a dove into a stream where she fell in, Chestnutfur had a chestnut aught in his fur...The tranquillity of the moment was shatterd as a huge badger appeared, all the cats were scattered in some huge woods!

"y-yes,the kits are fine i've only got a few scratches,but, s-stormheart,are you all right?"Leopardfur whisperd to stormheart.

Suddenly, a black shape slid out from under a bush,it was Rabbitcloud,"ha!,the one thing i can't stand,"she hissed,"is happy endings,nothing can be happy,"Rabbitcloud picked up a passing beetle on her claws...she crushed it,"what makes you think you'll live happily ever after,in the end, evil will always win,"Rabbitcloud signalled with a flick of her paw and six black cats appeared,"now, i'm very superstitious,and there's seven of us, and huuum two of you, i can see where this is going,"Rabbitclouds voice hardend she let loose a wicked laugh,the black cats closed in!

"i-it's all right,"Leopardfur supported Stormheart,"Don't try to, you need some rest"she mewed softly.

"s-sure,"she cast a quick glance at Windstorm, and padded over to Falcon wincing.

"o... yes thankyou" Violet mewed, she didn't know what to make of all this.

"o...right it's just that, what if there is somthing here that, you cant see,...you feel it, it drives you to do things..." mewed Hazelstare.

"shshshsssssssshhhhhhhhhhh"Leopardfur husshed him,"you need rest,She addressed Mistkit,take your siblings with you and collect all the bedding thats in your nests,be careful and hurry!"Leoparfur mewed urgently.

"thankyou"Tigerberry mewed"i need to et some rest if this confounded leg of mine is to get better!"Tigerberry said, she curled up and sleaped.
