Shade was blocked by a wall of fire. She swallowed.
She turned her head trying to find any possible escapes.

"Alright." Feathershine mewed and bounded away through the camp entrance.

Shade's black pelt burned and she knew only one way to escape-- over it. She bunched up her muscles and gave the biggest leap she could muster.
She lept and soared high above the flames. When she hit the ground on the other side she ran as fast as possible

Feathershine tasted the air for any signs of prey.
She spotted a vole within moments and crouched, tensing her muscles

Shade darted next to a stream. She lapped up water and stepped into the stream to cool her pelt.

22 Shade felt her claws score a peacekeeper's chest then she kicked with her hindpaws and caught another by surprise in the chin.

Shade took a deep breath. "WHEN WILL YOU BE FINISHED?!?!" She yowled to the sky. "WHY DONT YOU JUST TAKE ME NOW?!" She didn't really want to be taken yet, but she was hanging on a cliff by a thread.
