Fallen Leaves climbed onto the high branches, looking for somewhere to curl up. She smelled the mouth-watering aroma of prey. Fallen Leaves ran up the branches towards the smell.

Dusk, who had now learned much about magic and potions and all types of, well everything. Was an adult. Nowhere near as big as Valdearg, who had also grown a lot faster than Dusk. Dusk shivered. "Valdearg, Kalia is giving birth." She growled. "Your powers have improved Dusk." He hissed pausing. " You can tell where, who and when a person is doing something. "But you can also feel her pain as well,yes?" He chuckled. " Yes,thanks to you!" Dusk whipped her barbed tail around, cracking the air with it like a whip. " I must help her, you taught me all the spells and potions and stuff about birth."

"Watch this!" She called, boumding dpwn the shore. With one leap, she landed on the oposite shore. " Your turn."

Valdearg nodded. "Fine but make it quick." Dusk shook her tail in excitement. She flew off towards where she sensed Kalia. " SGuys I'm back! Dusk gasped as she saw the two hatchlings beside Kalia. "They're beautiful." Dusk rumbled. She bent her head over Kalia. "Here I'll help ease any pain you feel." Dusk muttered a few words in the ancient dragon language. "There, better?"

"Fernkit!" Dapplethroat threw herself into the river grabbing Fernkit by the scruff. She rubbed herbelly in small circles, hoping to help her cough up water. Rosekit, go look for some yarrow. It smells pretty bad and has sharp leaves.

"No, but I kind of like it there. It feels like home to me. I'm sorry." Dusk rubbed her head against Shelly's.

Dapplethroar dived into the water. " I 'm coming." She yowled. She grabbed Sunpaw by her scruff. Rubbing her stomach to help her cough out the water.

Dusk jumped down from the cave. Flying high into the air.
