Icemoon walked up to the howling rock and spoke. "Food is growing scarce. We must hunt further into the territory. Any wolf of the pack IS allowed to hunt. Rid of any foxes, coyotes, lone wolves, or anything else that will hunt our food. I didn't want it to come to these extremities, but it must be done."
