Springpaw jummped up behind her and slashed her calw through Lilys ear.

Springpaw lunnged at the cat and drove her teeth into Lilys throat!

Delibratly, Springpaw steped into the shallow part of the river and slammed Lily down in the icey water.

'Because youve been out somwere you were not alowed to go. I can smell it on your pelt!"

"I wasnt planing to then you just walked past me. I gave you a warrning!"

Springpaw did not get up. There was blood all over her.

One of Springpaws eyes opend and instead of being ice blue was gone and had been replaced by a huge scar.

Springpaw groaned as the icey water lapped over her head.

Springpaw lay there out cold. Dawn was coming closer and she was still not back to her clan! As the warm rays of the sun spread over her she begain to come to. She opend her silver eye and looked around. She felt some blood trikle into her open mouth, ears and nose. It was clear she had been in a fight. Her feet had gone from silver to deep red.

Springpaw had been fishing for salmon in the river when she caught the sent of a vole coming from thunderclan terotory! Springpaw was starving so folowed the sent. She had no idea were she was until she stumbeld across the thundercamp.

Springpaw had been looking for voles when a whiff of salmon went up her nose. Springpaw was so hunngry she desided to folow the sent. It lead her to the river were she stared down at them then caught one and took a big bite. She senced riverclan cats around but diddnt care as she had caught a load of salmon and was not going to give them up!

"Im sorry lilly. I diddnt mean to hurt you"

Springpaw had only just become a apprentice and was looking for a mentor to train her.

" Back off fish brain! The salmon is mineso back off!!" Springpaw rose to her feet and slashed the cats face!

Springpaw shut her eyes and nodded off to sleep.

When Wingstar awoke she was staring into the eyes of a silver aprentice.

Lying there Springpaw rememberd were she was. Thunderclan teretory!! She got to her paws and looked around. Her vision was blurred but she was very close to the camp.

"Im probaly the smallest aprentice around actually!"

Springpaw lay at the back of the apprentices den. All her friends had already gone to train and she had been left alone. How was she ment to become a great warrior if she could not train!?
