Ashleaf padded back into camp with a huge mouthful of catmint. She padded into the medicine cats' den and put them with the others. She glanced at Summertide. " You can walk, as long as you don't put too much weight on it. " she meowed. She then padded to Eclipsestar's den and waited for him to awake. She didn't want to bother him. Ashleaf was about to make the choice of her life.

Marciline blinked, amused, and stood up. " Alright. " she sneered. " Fine. " The light-colored she-cat padded into her den, then turned around. " I've got kill. Come and get it if you want any. " she called.

Shadeblood was still bristling, but she calmed. " I was running from Applerip, until I tripped over a root, which scratched open my flank. " she answered in a brittle tone.

Crookedtalon laughed again. " C'mon, you big furball. Don't be so scared of me. " she smiled. " I won't bite. I won't scratch either. "

IC: " Um, Eclipsestar? I need to ask you something. " Ashleaf mewed nervously.

Shadeblood winced. Was it her fault Fangpaw left? No. She was only trying to help. " Ow! " she mewed as Frostglimmer applied the herbs.

Crookedtalon flicked her tail towards her den, then ran inside with one leap.

Shadeblood stared at Frostglimmer. " No. I want to try and find Fangpaw. I don't care if I open these wounds! " she meowed, standing up awkwardly. " She's a clanmate! A PureClanner! We have to find her. "

OOC: Guys, slow down! I have a LOT of catching up to do! lol

IC: Ashleaf caught up to Eclipsestar, her tail swishing. " I want to become a full, true medicine cat. " she said. " But I thought I should ask you first. "

Ashleaf's tail drooped. " Oh. Okay. I'll go ask. " she muttered, and dashed towards camp.

Ashleaf caught up t DuskSoul. " Can I ask you something? " she meowed nervously.

Shadeblood padded to the camp entrance. " Can you come with? " she asked. " In case I open my wound again?... "

Ashleaf blinked nervously. " I want to be a medicine cat with you. " she meowed, not looking at Dusksoul. " I've always wanted to be a medicine cat, but then you became medicine cat. I want to work with you. "

Shadeblood smiled. " Thanks. " she mewed. " And I'm sorry for being so rude earlier."

Shadeblood blushed. " Right. You know me; the cat who can't make friends as easily as others can " she muttered, not looking at Frostglimmer. She didn't have any real friends. She wanted to find Fangpaw to make friends with her. She obviously messed up before.

Ashleaf came into the med. cat den with some moss. She made a next for herself right next to the storage of herbs. She picked up some feathers from a bird she ate in here earlier, and liner her nest with the gray feathers. She found some ash-colored leaves outside camp, and lined her nest with that as well.

Shadeblood followed. Then she froze. " I have Fangpaw's scent! It's fresh too! " she called.

Ashleaf glanced at Summertide. " Hey! How's the paw? " she smiled. " Do I have to renew those herbs on it? " Ashleaf paused.
" You didn't break it. You only" strained a muscle. " she explained.

Ashleaf smiled, and grabbed bay leaf, catmint, and cobweb. " Lay down for me. " she ordered kindly.

Shadeblood soon found Fangpaw in a bush. Who was that cat she was with? " I found her! " she called back. She turned to Fangpaw. " Fangpaw, what are you doing here? Darkenstar is worried about you. "
