The honey eyes apprentice took a bite from the rabbit, chewing thoughtfully.

Honeypaw flicked her tail in farewell. "I guess the whole clan is excited about Dawnstar's kit." She mewed happily.

"But I didn't exile you did I? I don't even known who you are," Stormpaw narrowed his eyes, "Go attack the leader for all I care, then Skystorm would have been avenged at least."

"I'm not sure," Honeypaw admitted, "Dawnstar isn't going into the Nursery yet so it might be a while."

ooc: Could I just ask whether a ShadowClan cat should be able to swim or not. I always thought that it was RiverClan's special thing. Yeah, I know it doesn't mean that no other cats could learn how to swim but they just generally don't...

Streamwhisker sprung onto a nearby tree with ease. She walked along the thick branch briskly, balancing perfectly as the she-cat inspected the other tributes on the ground.

Sunsplash got to his paws and padded over to high rock. Dawnstar had called for a clan meeting. The light ginger tom searched for Minnowpaw, his apprentice and found him emerging from the entrance of the Apprentice's den. The silver tom raced over to join his sister who had been talking with Hazelpaw.

Streamwhisker watched from her branch as the cats struggled on the tree.

Stormslash laughed, "You really think that I would join them?" He shook his head in disbelief, "A little creeping out before the big game doesn't hurt."

Minnowpaw's eyes widened at the leader's announcement whilst Honeypaw seemed speechless.
"So soon," The silver tom mewed eventually, "Wow."

Stormslash flashed a smile at Kestrelpaw, "See you in the arena," He called, an amused glimmer in his eye. "Maybe we could distort a few bodies before they're taken away."

Stormslash widened his grin. "Do you think I'll look good in red?" He asked innocently, examining his dark fur, "Maybe it will clash a bit, how about we test it now" The tom looked thoughtful.

"Good idea," Flamestorm deadpanned, "More borders to patrol."

"What? The 'ickle apprentice doesn't like what I say?" Stormslash meowed mockingly, "Awh. Such a shame."

Stormslash pretended to look hurt. "I'm sorry, " He mewed, obviously not meaning what he said, "I should learn to keep my thoughts to myself, promise." The tom tried his best to look sincere but failed miserably.

"Yeah," Stormslash nodded, "It would be a pity if you entered the arena with a broken paw."
