((Thanks Gal. :) Sorry, I was gonna post last night, but I ran out of time. :/ ))
The Doctor hadn't said much as he stumbled to Lissa's place, nor when he was in there. He watched her with a curious and somewhat suspicious look in his eyes as she worked, though his gaze seemed a tiny bit glassy still. The green tendrils swirled about him, gently landing on his clothes before vanishing. Strange, he hadn't felt or detected anything.
He hopped up at her words, ignoring the immediate dizziness and not allowing it to physically show. "Alright, then!" he said, clapping and rubbing his hands together. "Thank you for. . . whatever you did. Clara!" He turned towards her, almost stumbling as he walked but miraculously remaining on his feet. "Are you alright?"

She was probably right - the Doctor did know that. But he wasn't entirely sure what the glowy stick thing was or did, and he'd much rather tend to himself in the TARDIS medical bay than put his faith in a human on a far away planet practicing 'magic'. "Wizard," he reminded her, tapping his temple with a clever grin. "I'll be fine. But there's a dragon out there, less fine and rather scared. Come on, Clara," he said, gesturing for his companion to follow. Well, he was planning on her following as he returned to the TARDIS, but the world had a different idea as it suddenly tilted and he got a close-up look at the floor, leaving him with a headache and a surprisingly painful chest that made him wince.
((If anybody's wondering, he fractured a couple ribs too (that's my tentative idea, anyways. May change, may not, we'll see). Just so you all know. :) ))
-
The Doctor appreciated that she cared, but honestly he was fine. But when her hand touched his chest, he had to stop himself from yelping at the pain, only managing to reduce it to a wince and a whimper. Carefully he removed her hand from his chest, holding it in both his own. "I'm fine," he told her, meeting her gaze. "I promise."
((Yeah, I think this plot died a while ago. :/
So, the plan was that Clara would force the Doctor to stay (maybe she'll pull a Katniss and drug him (we all know he wouldn't let her otherwise) but it's up to you, Jay) and then she'd go deal with the dragon herself and talk to it and then everybody's happy yay the end.if we're all just done with this plot, I suppose we could do a humongous time skip or something. Or RP it to the end. Whatever you guys want.)) -
((M'kay. Sounds good to me, but it's up to Galaxy.
I could feel the dragging while we were RPing with Twelve, I could tell it was going too long."Lovely view from the top of the fourth wall, isn't it?"
;)That works. Kind of like Krackle's burial in the last one.
For future episodes, I think we need to have a more distinct picture in our heads of where we're going, and not let scenes drag out. If we see a good transition point, go for it. Move on to the next plot point. Keep the action moving. Etc, etc.

((Okay.
prepare for long-winded rambles and ideas that may or may not make coherent sense
Well, Gallifrey is still out there, tucked away in a pocket universe. A pocket takes two pieces of cloth, right? Two universes? And the pocketing of Gallifrey upset the balance between the two universes?
Or. . . maybe the appearance of Twelve in this episode indirectly messed with a fixed pointbut he can see those so maybe that wouldn't workand that fixed point was the one that the other universe branched off of for, and so bad things happen to both and they start to fuse together?was any of that coherent, do you understand any of my rambling?. . . I think it was a mix of low muse and the mental note of 'I'll come back to it' turning into me forgetting about it. . . Whoops.

Heheheh. I did that a while ago. I didn't forget about Krackle but the apprehension was just as bad.
I miss Eleven.
Share it with the class ;) ))

((hello))
The Doctor grinned, reaching for his sonic instead of verbally responding. He waved it in front of the herbivore, before glancing at it and stowing it in his pocket once again. "He's a healthy boy," he remarked, stepping past Lucy. The brachiosaurus rumbled something, turning its neck at a different angle. "Yes, yes, I know. Don't worry, we won't be here long," the time lord replied.
