America hopped down beside her. "So, how're you S.P.? Oh, and hey France!!"

America glanced back at South Prussia nervously. What did she mean he was hers?

"Haha, no reason! I just feel a little awkward around you 'cause it's been so long since we've talked, ya know?" America replied.

America suppressed a shiver, "Yeah, well, like I said, it's been a long time since we've talked, and I just wanted some, uh, alone time."

"U-uh, ummmm....." America stammered. "I-I just..."

"I r-really...." America panicked, trying to figure out what to do. What do I do?!! If she finds out then, who knows what'll happen to us!! I have to say something...anything.. "I r-really...... like you!!" he exclaimed, blushing as he realized what he said.

"Smell what?" America asked nervously, his face still pink from embarrassment.

"No, it was just me and Monaco!" America replied, a little too quickly.

America hit the ground with a thud and looked up anxiously. "Why're you so suspicious of me?! I thought you trusted me, even just a little!!"

"I-I didn't know S.P.... I'm sorry." America sat carefully next to her on the coach, then gently put his arms around her and pulled her into a hug. "I'm really...so sorry."

"You can come out now guys." America said, looking over his shoulder at their hiding places.

"Haha, you caught onto that too, huh?" America grinned, happy that it was all over.

"I-I dunno..." America said looking at the ground to hide his blush. "Anyhow, we should make sure the others are okay, I'll go check on them!!!" America said, running over to Japan and the others. Seeing Australia walk away, he paused. "Hey, Aussie you did great today!! We never could have done it without you!!" he said, before continuing on his way.
