Dark Talon was down. Black Thorn raced over as quickly as she could to help Dark Talon up. "Brutal.' She murmured.

Black Thorn sighed. Obviously the fight was not over yet. Mustering her energy, she raced back in.

Black Thorn saw Dark Talon. She hoped Dark Talon wasn't... dead.

Darkmeadow saw the dog and her eyes widened in surprise. She stood her ground in a defensive position. She was ready if it attacked her

Black Thorn gasped at the display. She caught her breath.

Darkmeadow purred, then leapt out and slashes her claws against the dog's nose. It yelped.

Inside the building with it's windows cracked, Darkmeadow discovered things. A whole lot of things. She purred.

Darkmeadow didn't hesitate. The dog needed to get out. Now. She leaped at it, hissing and spitting, clawing furiously. It retreated a bit and Darkmeadow realized it was a house dog.

Fear settled into Black Thorn's normally brave heart. They were losing, and they were losing bad. She just had to keep fighting... Her hind hoof was bleeding badly. She dragged on anyway with gritted teeth and strong will.

Dynamo padded into the asylum. He stared ahead of him at the others. "Hello." He greeted formally. He sat down with his tail covering his paws.

Black Thorn nodded, understanding. "With care she may get better. Don't worry just yet." She gave a reassuring nicker.

Darkmeadow was proud too, even if the apprentice was not her own. "He will make a very fine warrior." It made her feel warm inside to see younger cats growing and learning and becoming warriors.
