'well, kiddo, there are no medicine cats right now... As you can see...' he nodded somberly towards where Stonetuft's was holding the dead body of crimsonpaw. 'and featherpool is at the mooncave. Think you can hold on a bit?'

Emberpelt laughed, 'I wish. No I'm afraid I'm far older than that. I was a warrior already.'
-
Emberpelt couldn't help laughing 'you think I keep track when a queen's giving birth? You must have lost a lot of blood.'
-
EmberPelt scoffed. 'I've had far worse. And CrimsonPaw wasn't her dentate - she was FeatherPool's medicine cat apprentice. What a shame...' EmberPelt shook his head, 'She was truly talented with medicine. And now all we've got is FeatherPool and... well...' EmberPelt gave SmallWhisker a sideways glance, 'We all know he's a little bit useless.'
ooc Hey flower petal - could FeatherPool and WhisperStrike slowly get crushes on each other or something?
-
ooc Yes He is the medicine cat but these clans have no rules against Medicine Cats having mates. And go for it! If you like you can make a sibling of NettleKit and LarkKit as they will soon be apprenticed and that cat can be medicine cat? They'd be the child of RavenWing and CloudFur (CloudFur being the previous previous deputy who is missing presumed dead)
ic:
EmberPelt looked at RosePaw in confusion. The large grey tom huffed 'Kid, I've not got the foggiest what you're saying. And not just because I'm getting old!' He joked, breaking into a hearty, throaty laugh. EmberPelt was a few moons away from the elder den, it was well known. 'All this talk of MoonClan... Honestly, I heard StoneTuft and BlazeStorm conspiring about earlier, too.' He gossiped.
-
EmberPelt grinned in a uncomforting way. 'Don't worry, everyone gets like that sometimes. You belong so long as you're here. And so long as you're not a Moonclanner. or a Sunclanner.' He smiled teasingly, but there was a sinister air beneath it.
-
Emberpelt cast her a look. 'you don't want to think on that child.'
-
EmberPelt nodded in swift agreement, then 'SmallWhisker, I can help you with the burial again? I'm half way to the elders den anyway, I may as well.' He gesturing mournfully towards the bodies of crimson paw and CloudWhisker.

NettleKit
NettleKit blinked. 'I'm not clan leader. You can do what you like.' He mewed, setting of for the fresh kill pile, expecting the two smaller kits to follow him.
His nose led him reliably to the food and he selected a small mouse, figuring if the other two wanted to share it would make the perfect size to feed the lot of them. He couldn't help over hearing his sister picking a fight with not just CourgarKit anymore, but PetalStorm and another warrior, too. He narrowed his eyes in frustration and took an angry bite of his food, his sister's behaviour souring his mood.
LarkKit | GingerPaw | SwirlPaw
CourgarKit successfully latched onto LarkKit's back, who let out a yowl of surprise and then tried to roll onto her back to pin the other kit beneath her. But the weight lifted from her back without prompting and she looked around in confusion.
"Keep your fighting in the nursery. I don't want to have to step over your tussling. Your causing a commotion.' SmokeShade said.
Petal Storm joined them, and also reprimanded their behaviour. LarkKit couldn't help flare of indignation.
'Don't tell me what my own mother would think!' LarkKit couldn't help retorting, 'She's not here. Someone who isn't here can't tell you what they think!' She added, her thoughts sliding to her father, CloudFur. Then, at SmokeShade's comment,
'That goes to you too.' SmokeShade said, 'Do you understand?'
LarkKit felt her anger growing beyond control. She fixed her lilac eyes on him, 'I'm too quick, I'd never let such an ugly injury befall me. What you need to understand is that this is none of your business! You're not even EclipseClan, you're a filthy MoonClanner! You have no place here, none! SunClan and MoonClan are constantly dragging us down, getting our brothers and sisters and parents killed, you have no right to be here, and no right to tell me what I can and can't do!' LarkKit spat at the ground by SmokeShade's feet, unaware someone else had overheard her comments.
An orange blur slammed into LarkKit. Though GingerPaw was an apprentice and LarkKit not, they were about the same sized and shared the same long limbed height. It didn't matter, though, training had toned GingerPaw's muscles and LarkKit could only squirm beneath Gingerpaw's sheathed claws as she pinned the black cat to the ground. GingerPaw's fiery tail lashed back and forth. LarkKit looked defiantly up at the apprentice. 'What?' She hissed. GingerPaw was silent, as what she'd planned on saying, which had been a defence of other planner's ending up in eclipseclan, faded. It could give her away. Instead, she settled on something else, her blue eyes not leaving LarkKit's purple.
'You're lucky there are other cats around.' She hissed, baring her teeth. LarkKit went silent at that.
'GingerPaw!' Swirlpaw squeaked as she, MaskPaw and ShatterStone re-entered camp, the decorative feather in her mouth falling to the floor, 'What are you doing?'
GhostStar's vision
A small white she-cat with dazzling green eyes stepped forwards towards GhostStar. It was WhitePaw, CloudFur and RavenWing's deceased daughter.
'With this life I give you truth. It is a gift few receive from us. Use it well.' She touched her nose to GhostStar. Almost at once the leader was transported to a vast open more. On the floor at his feet, amongst the harmless grass, was something different. The stem of a flower. It swayed as the grass did, from side to side, almost indistinguishable from it. However, it was clear a flower bud used to sit atop it, and it wasn't a blade of grass after all.
Looking up the clouds in the sky seemed to have taken on an odd shape. Four legged creatures floated across the horizon and past the sun. They looked like sheep, perhaps. But one of them was different, one of them, though of a similar size and appearance, had a menacing haze of light around it. As the cloud moved towards another of the clouds it's mouth opened and sharp teeth began to creep out of its jaws and towards the unsuspecting sheep.
WhitePaw's voice echoed in GhostStar's head. 'Beware the Wolf in Sheep's clothing. Beware the Snake amongst the Pigeons.'
GhostStar was back in the expanse of stars, WhitePaw stepping away from him. 'That was so much fun!' She squeaked, giving a little jump, 'I hope I get to do that again!' Then, stuttered, 'Not that i'm wishing you die, or anything, it's just-'
'WhitePaw.' The brown, kinked fur tom ushered her away and the cat disappeared back into the starlight. The only two remaining where GhostStar and the brown tom.
Only now did GhostStar recognise him as Kinkedfur.
'Tell him I'm sorry.' KinkedFur sighed, 'I left him when he had no one else. I left him unprepared for his duties.' The stars surrounding them began to wink out one by one, darkness filling the space. KinkedFur took a pace towards GhostStar, 'With this life, with your final life, I give you solitude. Give it the respect it deserves. Fear it. Fight it. And tell him... tell him...' KinkedFur pressed his nose to GhostStar's temple before he had a chance to ask any questions. A feeling a harsh pain and isolation tore through GhostStar. Among the pain, as the leader began to return to the waking world, he heard KinkedFur's voice one last time. 'Tell him he must remember...'
FeatherPool was crouched by GhostStar,
'Are you okay?' He asked, eyes wide, 'That did not look entirely pleasant, I have to admit.' He added, twitching his whiskers in amusement. 'Not to rush you right after direct contact with our ancestors or anything but... I had an omen whilst you were asleep - all the lights on the tree roots shot out in unison. We need to hurry back to camp - something must have happened.'
StoneTuft
StoneTuft shook her head, 'He was still in camp when we left. Though I don't know what he did this morning, I haven't been keeping tabs on him.' She frowned as they neared camp, 'Without a medicine cat apprentice...' She sighed, 'Someone seems to be hitting us where it hurts the most. You're right, it is sick. Who would kill cats like this?' she lashed her stubby tail, her blue eyes narrowing. 'When I find out who did this...' she added, baring her teeth. She began to pick up the scents of Swirlpaw, MaskPaw and ShatterStone as they reached the camp entrance. She gently pushed CloudWhisker off of her shoulder and pulled him into the clearing through the briar tunnel. Some commotion was going on in the clearing. Whatever it was, it would soon be eclipsed by her and BlazeStorm's discovery.
For Kalna in case it's hard for them to find the relevant post

Ooc sounds great! Accepted :)
-
-
Ooc The lunar clans can have multiple med cat apprentices though I understand the confusion so Fox is still very much able to become med cat app - both new med cat apps need to be rp ed into the position though but they will both get it if you still want it
-
Ooc as for fitting in if you still want to continue just have them come to camp and ask for help or strike up a conversation or, for example, a massive commotion has just happened in the clearing. Gingerpaw attack a kit. Stonetuft's and blazestorm brought back two dead bodies. Either or these could be used to interact with any number of cats if you wanted to continue - if that helps you rp and you still want to be in this clan that is

Here's the post I was talking about - you could use this as a jumping in point

it should have been in the clan description to avoid confusion but just to show I wasn't making the whole multiple medicine cat app thing up here is a quote from the gathering with moonclan and sunclan. In featherpool sections you can see both the other clans have two main medicine cats and sunclan also has an apprentice so it's entirely canon with this rp
Display MoreFeatherPool:
FeatherPool lay his tail on CrimsonPaw's back, guiding her through he crowd. "That was MapleFang." He explained, "Wherever possible, stay away from him." He warned protectively, glancing over this shoulder. "Even I worry for my safety when in his presence. You'd do well to be scarce when he comes around." He finished his warning as they approached the other medicine cats.
"FeatherPool!" One of them greeted merrily, a cream tom with brown eyes. FeatherPool smiled,
"SpruceFlight!" He greeted him, then, dipping his head to the other cat, a white she cat with yellow eyes, "GooseFlight, this is my apprentice, CrimsonPaw." He introduced her. "These are the SunClan medicine cats." He murmured to CrimsonPaw, "They have an apprentice too, but I can't see them here tonight."
"RowanPaw was feeling a bit tired." GooseFlight explained with an amused twitch of her whiskers. "What I'm surprised about is that BlueSky and NewtTail," GooseFlight turned to CrimsonPaw, "Those're the moon clan Medicine Cat's, by the way," She turned back to FeatherPool, "Are no where in sight." FeatherPool narrowed his eyes.
"That's odd..." He murmured suspiciously.
"How are you finding training?" SpruceFlight asked, giving CrimsonPaw a welcoming smile.
DaisyStem:
DaisyStem nodded at his apprentice, "Go have fun, I have some talking I need to do." With that, DaisyStem disappeared into a small group of MoonClanner's, staring up a conversation.
StoneTuft:
"You're right, hawks couldn't have taken him without leaving a trace. We should tell GhostStar." As they began to return to camp StoneTuft and to say what she'd been thinking. "BlazeStorm, you don't think someone...planted that trail? To throw us off?" She nodded at the neatly space fur and blood, "It is rather conveniently laid out - as if someone wanted us to follow it."
GingerPaw
GingerPaw thanked CloudWhisker then scurried of the join the other apprentices. SmokePaw needn't have worried who would ask the obvious question now that GingerPaw was here. "Why is your fur all messy?" GingerPaw asked, wrinkling her nose. ThistlePaw narrowed her eyes at GingerPaw,
"Why do you look exactly like RyeWhisker," She shot back, then, "It's just how I was born - I can't help it." GingerPaw laughed and whispered to SmokePaw,
"Translation; too lazy to groom."
RavenWing:
"I know they aren't - not yet." She looked up at the high rock in determination. "My mate is out - the father of my kits is out there - I have to get him back."
MapleFang
The MoonClan tom shot GhostFeather a mistrusting look at his explanation but said no more on the subject. "She's as strong as she's ever been." He mewed defensively, his tail twitching in annoyance. PlumStar was incredibly old, it was almost a bet now when she'd finally kick the bucket. GingerPaw had bet two moons, EmberPelt one.
RyeWhisker
The ginger she cat turned around, "Hello, CloudWhisker," She greeted him pleasantly, "I'm RyeWhisker and this is-" The black tom she was sitting with cut her off.
"SmokeJaw." He mewed, then shot RyeWhisker a silencing glance. "What do you need, CloudWhisker?"

As Oasis padded around, a noise, just audible, sounded to her left. A conversation - a heated conversation.
'How could you!?' A hiss, a she-cats voice.
'Keep it to yourself - don't forget what I said. This was only at his request, if I had it my way you wouldn't know.'
-
ooc no worries!!!
-
'If you think I'm keeping this to yourself you must be mad!' The she cat persisted, her voice raising in anger. 'You're disgusting.'
'Say a word and I'll make sure you regret it.'
'Nothing you can do to me scares me.' The she-cat retorted.
'Oh... I wasn't threatening you...' The tom's deep voice trailed of sinisterly.
'Are there any lows you won't sink to?'
'One day you'll see. What I'm doing is justified given what came before. It's-' The tom paused. 'Come out!' he called in the direction of Oasis, having caught her scent when the wind changed directions.
