Honeypool was a skillful hunter, known to bring back loads of prey in extremely scarce times.
She pricked her ears, alert for the slightest movement, and her eyes flung to every tree and root, but her nose found the prey first. Squirrel. Her favorite. She softly turned to the tree, and stepped on the cold, damp ground to get to it.
The squirrel leaped from branch to branch, finally to the one over her head. It was a long narrow branch, with no leaved or twigs to to catch the squirrel if it slipped on it's smooth bark. Honeypool chattered softly to it, to get it's attention. The squirrel, clearly caught off guard, tried to scramble away but slipped. Honeypool was swift as the wind to catch it in mid-air and deal the death blow at the same time.
She buried it near the tree like it was nothing. She looked for more prey, and found a mouse within moments. It's running well today, she thought to herself. Was leafbare letting up?
About an hour later she had her squirrel, two mice, and a pigeon. How would she carry it all back? "Hello? Can anyone help me for a moment?" She knew she might not see a clanmate, but maybe a loner instead. No worries, I'll claw him, rip his fur out, and drive him off before he can cry for mercy. She wasn't evil, but she really. Hated. Loners. Kittypets and trespassers too. Anyways, she hoped she would just see a clanmate. "Anybody here? I need to carry this all back."

Dawnsight: The fur can't be black and white, sorry. The possible fur colors are up in my first post. Also, I don't mean to be rude in any way, but the roleplay sample you gave had powerplay in it. If you get the kit, you can't play the mother or the siblings. Again, I don't wanna sound mean... :)

Everything else is fine, and I like yours Holywing. But I should wait for more applicants.

    Character Name: Skelkin, Ulrika

    Gender: Tom, She-cat

    Alliance: None

    Rank: Loners

Appearance: Skelkin has a longhaired, solid blue pelt with a with a bright white spot on the center of his forehead. He has fiery amber eyes. He likes to hunt hawks, and is well equipped for it; Long, deadly claws, sharp teeth and huge muscles.

Ulrika is a longhaired calico, with bright, round orange eyes. There is almost no patches on her, except for her tail, back and head. She has long claws and teeth like Skelkin.

Personality: Skelkin is fierce and territorial, claiming a portion of land as 'his' territory, whether or not it is someone else's. At times, he does what is right, like saving kits from certain harm. But he expects nor will accept any thanks. He mostly does not talk much, he looks pretty emotionless and deadly to most. But those who know him know that he is much more complicated. He has a determined spirit, for his land, his belief, and for his own survival. He's actually nice to cats he knows, and likes to make jokes. But if you're a stranger, and take one pawstep past his borders, and you're crowfood.

Ulrika is Skelkin's brother. She's just as fierce and territorial, but she has a little more reason, a little more compassion and doesn't like to have to fight everything with Skelkin. She will gladly do whatever it takes to survive, even rummage through the city dumpsters without a second thought, though prey is preferred. She will back down if defeated, she's not a savage. But she's quite sarcastic, and is known to be pessimistic at times.

History: They're each about 20 moons.

    Notes/Other:

Nah... Advanced Boards are too... advanced. Plus I'm lazy and don't want to make it so much harder. I mean, why go through all the trouble for a fictional character that I'll probably very rarely play? :) *lazy duckie are lazy*

I'm posting to say I'm going to be inactive. Why? I'd rather not tell the whole story, but here's a summary:

My dad got a job in our state right after our move, so he flew here. :)
The second day was supposed to be awesome. We had donuts and soda for breakfast! :D But for some reason, everyone was grumpy and irritated. So it really wasn't great. Although we did go to a restaurant for dinner, which was fun.
Today. Just supposed to be normal, I guess. But we went for more donuts for lunch (It is rare for us to have donuts, let alone twice in a weekend!). My dummy brother conned the cashier for a free rootbeer, which started the fight between my parents.
We went to GameStop, another treat. Dummy brother still getting into trouble, more fighting. My dad finally takes us to another restaurant for dinner, which was very quick. Afterwards, on the drive home, he informs us... :'( :'( :'( My mom and dad might split up. :'( :'( :'(

So along with... that... and school tomorrow, I'm going to be inactive. Wish me luck.

Thanks. At least it's only 'maybe' instead of 'yes' on the matter of them getting divorced...
*hugs everyone back and leaves for school*

Snowpaw raced as fast as her legs would carry her, almost up to Rivermask. Her mischievous thoughts overcame her and she quickly bounded forward and shoved her shoulder into his side, hoping to knock him down. She was so mischievously determined...

Snowpaw giggled and ran off as Rivermask stumbled. Holding the freshkill, she climbed a leafless tree and sat on a low branch. "Hey, Rivermask, can we have climbing training tomorrow? I wanna climb the Great Sycamore!"

OOC- It would appear that Snowpaw has the attention span of a caffeinated squirrel. :)

Now that I've got your attention...

Tonight, the moon is supposed to be bigger, brighter, and closer to Earth than it has for many years. And it's full! I saw the moon yesterday, and it was bigger and almost full, but most of all it was bright. It lit up everything.

I'm in the USA, but it should be the same for other countries. So make plans for stargazing tonight!

A small rat trotted forward, she was brown with a white belly. Her name was Teeny. "Hey! Kill any yet?" she inquired. Teeny helped kill a cat already, and it was pretty fun. She never met the rat in front of her, but the attack made it feel that everyone was family. "I'm Teeny. I'm fighting to take back what was ours first." She thought a minute, and realized that some rats were still scared about the battle. And this rat looked alert and jumpy, or at least that's what it looked like from only a few seconds of even laying eyes on her. "Are you worried we'll lose?"

    [NPC rat]

    Character Name: Cloverkit, Shadowkit

    Gender: She-kit, Tomkit

    Alliance: ThunderClan

    Rank: Kits

Appearance: Cloverkit: Bright, clear orange tabby she-kit with leaf-green eyes.
Shadowkit: Dark brown tabby tom-kit with the same leaf-green eyes.

Personality: Cloverkit: Eager, cheerful and naive. She is sometimes unaware of danger. She loves to explore and try new things, but she is impatient and is very disobedient. She has a short temper that is hard to reverse. She can hold a grudge for a while, and has a good memory. She tends to have... bouts of insanity.
Shadowkit: He's disobedient like his sister, but more patient. He's friendly and confident, which makes him lots of friends, but he's a troublemaker. He's very persuasive, so he'll drag you along to sneak out of camp or other naughty things. He is proud and determined, and rarely accepts help if your the one offering it. Like his sister, he has a tendency to 'see things'.

History: They were brought into ThunderClan while Honeypool (my cat) was hunting, once again. They didn't remember anything, not even their own names, so she named them herself. The she-kit was sleeping in a patch of newleaf clovers, so Honeypool named her Cloverkit. The other kit she named Shadowkit, because of ShadowClan's new, horrible reign over ThunderClan, and her planned rebellion. The kits now think that Honeypool is their mother, so she goes along with it. They're two moons old, so she brought the siblings to camp for some freshkill. She knew she had to keep them and herself safe from the ShadowClanners, she she's pretending to be a queen fro a while...

Notes/Other: Cloverkit is Honeypool's mirror image, making it seem even more like Honeypool is their mother.

Honeypool watched and smiled nervously at the two kits playing. They weren't really hers, in fact she had no idea where they came from in the first place! But they seemed to believe that Honeypool was their mother, and she didn't have the heart to tell them otherwise. Besides, Cloverkit was Honeypool's mirror image, and both kits had her same, leaf-green eyes... Anyways, she was highly alert for ShadowClanners. She couldn't let them harm the two kits.
Shadowkit was so named for ShadowClan's evil reign over Thunderclan and ThunderClan's planned and inevitable rebellion. It was Honeypool's way of insulting ShadowClan without getting in trouble.

Shadowkit leaped on top of Cloverkit, tiny claws sheathed. Cloverkit giggled loudly after a playful shriek. Shadowkit was knocked back with a shove by Cloverkit. They both laughed until Honeypool shushed them. "Let's play a game," she whispered. She was making it seem like it was a game... "You're on a secret mission to spy on ShadowClan, and if your too loud, they'll get you!" The kits immediately fell silent and crept around the bramble nursery. A wave of relief flooded Honeypool.

I dunno how else to put it. I'll play for two months obsessively then drop mysteriously for the next three. Then get interested for a couple weeks and get bored. So, I'm prolly going to put up a few chars up for adoption.
But anyways, I'm back for a while. Indefinitely, but unlikely more than a month or two. Seeya.

P.S. Sometimes I stalk the boards. Like I want to play but I'm too lazy to post. Whatever, I don't know where I'm going with this.
