Hello Owleye. My name is Watershine. I'm a new warrior and would love to be friends with you. Care to go do something?

A siler-tabby walked out from the reeds. She looked around and noticed the two other cats. She padded up to them and asked: "Is everything alright?"

Watershine lay in a moss bed in the warriors den. She is a newly made warrior but has no friends since she was a loner before being exepted into the clan by Bearstar. She wanted to make friends but was very shy. She couldn't build up the courage to talk to any of the more experienced warriors. She needed a friend.

"Hi there Lastnight and Fishleap. Yes, I'm new to Riverclan. I love swimming, and when I heard that there was a group of cats who loved water as well, I decided to join. You both seem very friendly since you approched a new cat like me. Can you tell me a bit about yourselves?"

A kit like you alone for two moons? Why?

"Cool. And you said you were a fairly new warrior too, right? Did you just join or are you a warrior that used to be an apprentice but just got promoted?

Aw, you poor thing! Whats your name? And how have you survived for this long?

Wow, that's amazing! From which tribe do you come from? And what made you decide to join riverclan?

Thats very interesting. You have more experience then me. I was a loner before coming here. My parents were kittypets but I wanted more then to be stuck in a home with twolegs, so I left. Plus the twolegs never let me go swimming, but this clan is perfect for me.

Partially, yes. We are a group of cats that live and hunt near this very river. I am a warrior from this clan and as a warrior it is my duty to hunt for and protect my clan while living by the warrior code. And the warrior code states that we must help all kits in need even if they don't come from our clan. Do you live around here? Or are you lost?

Would you be comfortable living with a large group of cats? I know you've probably never been around as many cats as there are in a clan. Maybe you could join us? What do you think? You've got no where else to go...

So, do you want to go do some battle training? I still haven't learned the Riverclan water-combat techniques. Could you teach me some?

Good, but it isn't my choice if yoiu get accepted into the clan or not, it's the leader who decides that. But anyways, how old are you?

Six moons! That's perfect! To be an apprentice, you have to be six moons old. An apprentice is a cat in training to become a warrior. You will get to learn how to hunt and fight, but not just any form of combat, water combat. How do you feel about training in water?
