(Stonetail's supposed to meet with Oakstar at the entrance Niall.)

Oakstar then started to lead them out.

"Stay close together, Blazepaw, Rainpaw, don't stray," Larkpelt says as she catches a new scent that doesn't belong. She glances at Thunderfeather to see if he smelled it.

(Alright, moved the patrol to Gartnetclan. And I hope not, I only meant it in a friendly gesture. Not a romantic one. XD My bf is sitting to my left, I would be cheating too!)

(Niall, Oakstar's female. :P)

Oakstar stopped and smelled the air. "How strange..." she says. "Kindlepaw, what do you smell?" she asks looking at the apprentice who steps up beside her and sniffs.

"Smells like other cats," he says in a quieter voice and glances at his mentor.

"Is he right Goldenblaze?" Oakstar asks.

Larkpelt nods and points forward. "There," she whispers and quickly crouches down and signals for them all to do the same. She glanced at Rainpaw specifically, making sure her apprentice paid attention to her orders.

She shook her head. "Rainpaw, go back and get Aurorastar. Blazepaw and Thunderfeather, you stay with me, we're going to meet these new cats," she says and stands up and walks out of the bushes.

Oakstar looks over seeing the other cat. "At least they aren't cowards," she says and steps forward as well and looks at the cat. "Who are you?" she asks.

Larkpelt looks at the strange cat closely. "I am Larkpelt, deputy of Auroraclan, who are you?" she asks, looking to make sure Blazepaw and Thunderfeather had followed her.

"I am Oakstar, leader of Gartnetclan," she says simply.

Larkpelt knew they definitely needed to wait for Aurorastar now.

"I have sent one of our cats back to get our leader, I suggest we wait for that," Larkpelt says and Oakstar nods.

"Your suggestion makes sense," Oakstar says curtly and stands there waiting, then looks to Goldenblaze. "Sheath your claws and keep silent," she hisses in a whisper.

Larkpelt flicked her tail over Thunderfeather's ear. "Be quiet," she whispers softly to him.

(Yes, you are.)

(Lol, wait, so I'm the only one hoping NOT to fight? XD)

"You'll learn," Oakstar whispered to him reassuringly as she waited to see the leader of this 'Auroraclan'.

Kindlepaw kneaded the ground. He was nervous that one of the adults was going to lose patience and end up attecking them before anything else happened.

Larkpelt resisted her want to move closer to Thunderfeather.

(Okay, good. XD)

Whitepaw sees this and gets curious and jumps up and tries to follow her in.

Larkpelt nods also hearing the pawsteps of her clan leader and apprentice.

Oakstar watched the bushes from where Larkpelt had emerged with her small patrol. She looked at Stonetail to see what he was doing.

Larkpelt stepped out of the way so that Aurorastar could see Oakstar, the strange new clan's leader.

Oakstar saw the leader. "I am Oakstar, leader of Gartnetclan," she says simply and nods her head to the other leader.

(That's okay, that's why you weren't called for patrol.)

Larkpelt looked at Aurorastar. "I decided to bring the patrol to a part of our territory that hasn't been checked in several days since we were short on cats..." she explained.

Oakstar nodded again. "I have claimed this territory for Gartnetclan. I was given a message from Starclan to start my clan," she says looking the other leader straight in the eyes.

"Three whole days," Oakstar responded. "I didn't officially get my clan together until today however, naming ceremonies and everything," she says simply. Kindlepaw looked over the other cats and his eyes caught on Rainpaw.

Clan maker, I'd like to point out we really need cats for Sunclan. @.@

"Whoa!" Dreampaw cried and chuckled and laid down into a perch under him. "What do you think you're doing pouncing a blind cat?" she asks teasingly with an amused purr.

"Ah, I get it," she says rolling over, careful not to crush him, but instead did it so that he landed on her soft white belly.

Larkpelt looked at Aurorastar. "Yes Aurorastar?" she asks kindly and with full respect for her leader.

Kindlepaw looked away, looking extremely flustered.

"It's obvious that they're very well planted into that camp," she starts with. "Perhaps... we should let them stay, for now, at least until our medicine cat can consult with Starclan and make sure that they are supposed to be here," she says respectfully, hoping that she didn't say anything wrong.

Oakstar's fur actually bristled. "Are you accusing me of lying?" she asks.

(Well if you don't mind me having two spots, I can make one. I'm very good at playing med cats. Very good medicine knowledge from Warriors.)

Oakstar smoothed her fur down and nodded, accepting the fellow leaders answer. "Very well, perhaps until then, we should decide on territory borders?" she asks.
