Honeysong leapt powerfully into the water, diving after Tigerstripe, swimming strongly with her powerful legs.

Honeysong purred, relaxing a little more. "Where do you live Smoke?"

Honey grabbed the other cat by the scruff, kicking hard and trying to haul the heavy ball of fur out of the water.

Honey tilted her head in interest. "You live in boxes with the two-legs then?" she wondered.

Honeysong panted and hauled herself out, then got to work getting water from the other cat's lungs.

Honeysong saw that he was a bit down and tried to cheer him up. "That's better than me." She said with a bit of pride, but all the loneliness in the world, "I live in a tree."

Honeysong coughed a bit, working hard on the other cat, trying to make them breathe.

Honey purred softly and her tail twitched softly in her humor. "I tried talking and living with twolegs once. It was a long time ago... They tried to trap me. I'm not very good in small places. After living in a very large tree, a lot of things seem very small."

Honey thought quietly and started to get a bit nervous. "Well... I could try it. For a night." She said cautiously.

Honey purrs softly. "Alright... but next time, you're coming home with me. okay?"

Honeysong shifts uncomfortably and backs up as she flattens herself a bit, though she's smart and brave enough not to hiss.

Honey licked it cautiously.
