"Apparently my dad is Zeus." Shasta sighed. "Your griffin is amazing. Wh is your parent?" Her blueish black hair fell in her face covering her electric blue eyes. She quickly brushed it out of the way but her bangs still covered her right eye.

"Yes, I had been running for days from these dogs that kept chasing me. Hell hounds I think, but Druitt showed up and blinded a few of them. What is this place all about? I mean why is it here?" Shasta asked and smiled at the griffin and then at Jake sheepishly.

"Oh wow, so this is a pretty important place." Shasta said looking around the camp. "So this is like the hero training hot spot, epic!" She grinned her eyes glittering.

"Oh, what do they have to say?" Shasta asked. "The animals I mean."

"I don't think I've ever tried." Shasta admitted blushing a bit. She looked at the sky with uncertanty then back at Jake.

Shasta laughed and said, "What about wind? Should I try that?"

Shasta looked around and then at the sky. "Hey lightning do you want to flash or something?" She asked sarcasticly. She had tried to use her powers but they did't work no matter what. She waited a few seconds and nothing happened. With a sigh she gave up on the thought of the powers of Zeus's children and decided to go for a run to warm up. As she ran she relized her legs where going faster than normal like a wind was forcing them forwards and back making her streek across the feilds.
