Shana woke the next morrning and ran out of the house.

Tokiha bmbed into Shana and kept walking to Toshiro's house"Toshior do you want to walk with me?"she asked

Ki ran with Soul"Hey...Mabey Renji can help if he's strong enough"she said.

The guys ran after them with 3other guys.

Ki stopped and turned to them"If you want this come get it!"she called showing a firey red jewel with what was fire inside.Ki jumped away from Soul"Go get help!"she called and ran down a hill with the guys following.

Tokiha blushed"Oh sorry I'm Tokiha,an old friend of Shana's.You must be Toshiro"she said

Ki slipped and fell the rest of the way down and hit her leg"Ow!"she winced then got back up and started to run,she stopped and looked at the guys"You can't have this jewel bad people can't touch it!"she yelled.

One guy grabbed Ki and held her over the river"Oh shut up!"he growled and threw Ki in the deeper part"Hope you can swim"he laughed the tryed to pick the jewel up then dropped it as it burned his hand.

Tokiha looked over at Toshiro"It's a wolf right"

The guys fell back then passsed out the other guys grabbed him and ran.

Ki's eyes were closed and she was passed out.

Shana appered next to Renji and looked at the jewel"H-How did she get it!"she asked shocked.

Tokiha stopped and looked at them"Cool it really can talk!"she laughed and started to walk"Come on our you'll be late"she said.

Shana looked at Ki"Let her drown!"she called evily as she picked up the jewel.

Ki woke with a start"Shana.....let go of the......jewel"she whispered.

Tokiha smiled"I already knew Shana told me and you can trust me too"she said and walked into class and sat down.

Ki grabbed it and it turned into a ribbon and she put it in her hair.

Shana fell on the ground.

Ki walked up to Shana"Idiot if they can't touch it then what makes you think you can!?"she snapped.

Shana sat up"Well I use fire and that jewel has been in my family line seince the beging of time!So I though I could but you,your just a stupid human with no friends or family and they gave it to you....I've been the one to save you every time you got in trouble"she said.

The teacher looked around"Where's miss Shana....skipping today?"he asked.

Tokiha sighed.

The teacher looked down again"Today we will be doing a test no one will leave untill the period ends"he said.

Shana looked up"I can fix that"she said and made fire in her hand and dryed Most of the water off Soul.

Ki took a step then fell and passed out again.

Shana looked up"Ki you over did it again"she said and smiled"I'm so getting you back though."

The teacher nodded"Start!"he said.

Tokiha started to write.

Shana flew back and hit a walk.

A man with a sword came infront of her"Why did'nt you bring him Shana?You know what I'll do to you."he laughed.

Shana grined"I can't let you hurt my friends"she said and slashed at him but got hit with her own attack she fell as blood dripped down her side,legs and right arm.

Shana shook her head"I will I can't even pick up a jewel.Shana steped towards Ki and took out her sword.

Tokiha jumped up"Umm may I go to the nurse Im not feeling good"she said.

The teacher nodded.

Tokiha grabbed Toshiro's hand and lead him out of the class"Come on I think Shana may be in danger"she said.

the teacher ran out"you two get back here right now or ill get the ploice!"he yelled

Shana blinked"What?"she asked.

Ki jumped back"Stop"she said but fell on her knees.

Shana opened her eyes and looked up.

The man grinned"looked like he came"he laughed.

Shana grabbed Yuji's leg"No stop"she said but he kicked her and walked out"Welcome Toshiro,I've been waiting"he said

"What else I'm going to make Ki a soul reaper"she said looking at Ki and walking to her.

Ki stood up"Shana....I can't I have to become stronger on my oun"she said and jumped over to Renji"Hey you said you'd train me"she said and smiled.

Shana put her sword back"Ki if I leave tomorrow will you be alright?"she asked.

Ki nodded"I'll be just fine with these guys to help me out."she said

Yuji grinned and grabbed Shana by the hand and showed Toshiro"This girl,Shana,told me but when I said bring him too me she came alone....it seem's she likes you more than a friend,right Shana?"he asked.

Shana didnt anwser.

Yuji kicked her to the floor"Right!"he snapped.

Shana stood up and her wings came she flew over to Toshiro"Please run"she whispered.
