Well, I thought the Lycanthropes could be a very secretive cultural. The others could be unsure if the XO is there for political or patriotic reasons. The Lycanthropes political society could consist of 12 Clans each with a ruling house. One of the Houses could be the royal family with the family name being the house name.
What will we call the space navy in Star Trek it's the Federation?
