Scenting all the cats, Dapplepaw padded towards the scent. She gracefully walked to the bushes, but stopped seeing the three toms and one she-cat.
"Oh, I'm sorry if I'm interrupting something. . ." The beautiful, young cat said, "I'm Dapplepaw." She sat down, licked a paw, and looked like she wasn't expecting to be asked to leave. She never was.

"Cool." Dapplefawn smiled. "So what's your name? And your's, and your's and your's?" She asked, pointing to all the cats, one by one, with her bright red tail. She twitched her whiskers.

Wow, guys. These are so great! And Soulfang, sorry about the earlier comment-that I deleted. I was talking about the lyrics you posted. I thought you posted the lyrics for your entree, and I didn't see your awesome banner till after I posted the comment, so please delete that memory out of your mind if you haven't already. Thank you. And for the rest of you guys, the banners are great! And Rose, thanks for all 11 of yours. They are all great!

Dapplefawn smiled and let out a small meow of laughter. "Nice to meet you all." She said, her gaze lingering on Gravelstone. "I'm Dapplefawn." The young she-cat got up and walked around all the cats, remembering their scents. When she walked by Gravelstone, she purposely brushed up against him, but not enough for the others to notice.

I watched Wind sitting on her fence from my view in my garden. She was a beautiful cat, graceful, too. But She would be even more graceful if her twolegs got her a less bulky collar. It jingled around when she moved, and probably got quite annoying. My collar was light, and hardly made a sound when I moved. It was fun to sneak up on cats and scare them. I jumped onto my fence and peeked into Wind's garden. "Hey Wind!" I called to her, "It's Leaf! COme on up here!"

Up in the trees was a frightened leopard kit. She was hanging on for her life as all the big animals she had seen her mother kill before were rushing fast. Then a terrible thought occurred to her, "What if I fell? I would surely be crushed." Then she saw to shapes rush past. One looked like her mom, and the other one looked similar, but without any spots. "I wish they could help me." The scared kit thought, "But the unspotted one has her own babies." She frowned, and cried.

Smiling, I asked, "What are you doing today? I was wondering if you wanted to go to the forest today. Not very far, just a little bit."

Dapplefawn sat down a few paw steps from Gravelfur, so she could still smell his sweet scent. She meowed openly with laughter at the remark Gravelfur made at Fawnpaw's attempt to get Strongpaw's attention. She started laughing so hard, she fell over. Embarrassed, she quickly uprighted herself and stopped laughing, but she continued to smile.

Just as the unspotted animal looked up, the leopard cub lost her grip and fell.

IC: "Yeah, I know. But wouldn't it be fun just to see what it would be like? Even just for a second?" I asked. "I mean, you don't have to, but it would be an adventure! We could tell our grandkits that we went into the forest, even if it was only one pawstep!"

"Ooh, I'm sorry. I couldn't resist. It's in my blood to joke and kit around. I truly am sorry."

You make a banner with song lyrics on it (or a couple banners to make a song chorus, verse, etc.) and submit it/them and see if you win. You can make as many as you want.

"Great!" I said as I gracefully landed beside Wind. "Let's go!"

IC: I was amazed. It was all so much bigger than me. "Whoa, what is that stench?" I asked, "Is that what a wildcat smells like?"

"If I were you, I would get away from here. You don't belong here, kittypets!" A deep voice warned. "It is to dangerous here for you, now get away!"

"Are you a forest cat? Wow, you're so huge!" I asked fearlessly. His words didn't affect me.

"Hey! More wildcats! How do you get so huge? Do you eat a lot of tuna?" I asked, not knowing the wildcats ate mice and rabbits and birds.
