Yeah, of course I have. Every once in a while when I checked up on the site, I'd try to send you some message but it never worked. Haha. I kept trying, though. Until now. This time I actually made a post to say hi to everyone and see how everybody is doing.

Wow, it's been that long? Wow. I remember it was the very first chat thread on this site. Before, me and Wynn were all chatting on some random thread with a few other people before she made this one! Haha. Wow. 5 years.

- -- he couldn't breathe.. he was suffocating. it was as if every breath in his failing lungs had simply flown away, fading into an unforgiving emptiness left inside of his dying being. unrelenting surges of water rhythmically crashed down upon his head, and claws drew blood as they impaled deep within his skin, only pushing him further into the frightening darkness. it was time he give up. there was no escaping his inpending death. and so, the last thing he saw before he blacked out was the faint silhouette of his parents looking down upon him with hatred, restraining him under the frigid water, with not one soul to save him from the agony.

-- wintercascade bolted awake, desperately gasping for cool air and frantically looking about at his surroundings. just another nightmare, the deputy reassured silently. just another nightmare. frankly, he was getting tired of having the same image every time he drifted into a slumber. each night, his mind would be occupied of tragedies he had experienced as a child, and each night he was afraid of falling asleep. in the end, exhaustion won out, however. and there was not one thing he could do about it
