She looked at the filly and snorted in curiosity. It might be a foal from the indian tribe, but she had never seen her before.

Crag nodded, slightly wincing. He didn't take his eyes off of Kage.
-
Ghost flicked his ears, surprised. He gave a smug grin then reared up and slammed his front hooves down right in front of her nose.
-
She felt the filly's fright and slowly moved towards her."Hello, I'm Flicka."she said softly.
-
Crag stood by the entrance, watching the rain. He walked over to Silver and lay down beside her. He groomed the mud off of her then himself.
-
He sneezed and snorted.Mares. He thought.
-
Meh haz a Chihuahua longhair. Her name is Mitsou.
Crag shifted in his sleep. -
Ghost shook his mane and galloped around the pasture, kicking dust into Pepper's fur as he passed her. He whinnied with delight.
-
Afterglow lifted her head. White men! She galloped off, in search of Baily and ready to kick some human butt.
-
Afterglow stomped her hoof and snorted in Zoromir's face. She reared up and went nose to nose with him."Look here frenchie. This horse has no part in your army. You are a stuck up, human mushy, furry tailed, high stepping human pet! I am putting my hoof down now and you are not going to lay a hair on any of my herd!"

Afterglow flicked her tail and slowly made her way over to the man. She nibbled his hair, trying to avert his attention.
-
Brave galloped along the clouds, faster than the speed of light. He was only a flash of rainbow and white.
-
Afterglow stood planted at the spot where they had last seen Baily. Fighting against the men. She thought of Jesse, the most broken of all. His sister had left him to live in the army with a french highstepper. She looked at the fading sunlight. Not a thing in sight but grass and hills. Not even the whole herd would be able to pull Baily away from there. Her eyes faded and she walked in the darkness, in the middle of nowhere. Alone and cold in the howling wind. Cougars were on the prowl, but she didn't care. She was too deep in her own thoughts.
-
He looked to the side and slowed down a bit."Hello. Hmm, you are fast. Back home, nobody can catch me. It seems I may have a little competition,"he said, casting her a charming smirk. He slowed to a slight trot, hopping on the clouds.
-
Afterglow picked up Jesse's scent and followed it. The darkness had consumed the land and she could barely see. The moonlight helped a bit. She found Jesse and walked up to him."Jesse...may I join you?"she asked, staring into darkness.
-
"Well, nice to know. The name's Brave. I'm not from these parts but I like it here. The clouds are fluffier and the horses much nicer."he grinned.
-
"How would you know. My mother died a year ago and my sister was killed by a train. Not like I expected you to care."
-
Brave looked at a speck below. It looked like a horse but wasn't. They were up in the clouds so it was hard to see. He looked at the two again."Anti-social pegasi? Odd, pegasi are usually a talkative species."
-
"well, gotta run." Brave said, sipping away in a flash of colours. The unicorn made his way down to the ground and sped past everything, leaving a trail of fire and burnt ground. He charged at a hunter he had seen through the bushes. He stabbed the man slightly and the man ran away bleeding. He went to a river and washed his horn and sipped water. He lay down, tired. The metal unicorn sighed. He would never be able to be a real unicorn.
