Bitterblue tumbled out of a patch of grass, chasing a butterfly. "Arctic! Help me catch it!" She called to the white Omega. The green bug was getting away.

"You don't want it Bitterblue, you're getting too old for chasing butterflies anyway." He smirked, not getting up from his spot in the sun.

ooc: arg! :o I didn't even think of that....... I'll change that.... lets make it a badger. We need a bit of action anyay.

ic: "I smell rabbit." Bramble mewed after a long time of sniffing. She sifted through the smells that she thought were kits. I must have air in my head, that isn't cat scent. It's something else. "I smell something weird, it stinks, like a stronger version of the Ringer's den."(abandoned Badger Set)

Brackenpaw selected a piece of prey from the pile and settled down across from Honeypaw, the only other habitant of the Apprentice's den.
"Are you training today Honeypaw?" Bramblepaw smiled politely from over his food.

Sunpaw sat in the Medicine Cats' den, sorting out spoiled marigold from the fresher samples. This work was tedious but she didn't mind much. Tedious things were some of her favorite things to do, making good use of her eye for detail.

"She is strong physically but emotionally she is a wreck. She views everything as hers and will punish her 'belongins' if she feels they are unfaithful. That's why she's always so mean to Rush whenever she would leave Bramble alone." Moon observed objectively, as if talking about characters in a story rather than his own kin. Was this some kind of training exercise?

"Take Dawnstar, she needs to get more involved. Besides, this prophecy doesn't concern me, Grapevine has it covered." Stoneleaf sighed again, taking a look at his dwindling supply of herbs. New-Leaf would be here by the next gathering so that was worth looking forward to atleast...
"Take Dawnstar, if she doesn't get out of camp soon I might claw off her fur."

"Untrained?!" Bitterblue scoffed, offended by Starlight's choice of words. "I'm elite in terms of training. I'm the best Pup in the pack!"
"What about Nina's pups?" Arctic rolled his eyes playfully.
"What about them? I'm the best and you're my personal Omega so don't get any ideas to favor them, okay?" Bitterblue snapped possessively.
"Oh I wouldn't dream of doing that." Arctic sighed dramatically.
"Starlight! Arctic is being sarcastic again! Tell him to stop!" Bitterblue whined.

Brackenpaw smiled up at his mentor. He and his sister both had mentors that held high positions in the clan. We're so awesome! I bet Dragonstar is so impressed with my training he'll make me deputy once I've had my first apprentice! Brackenpaw drifted into a weird fantasy of being deputy.

"Honeypaw," Lionroar dipped his head to the apprentice. She wasn't annoying so he preferred her presence over many others in the clan.

Sunpaw smiled, finished with her sorting work. She gathered all the spoiled herbs near the front of the den, throwing a few wild garlic cloves on the pile to discourage any curious passers from eating anything. I'll have to ask the medicine cat what to do with these.

"Her highness?! I love that name! Arctic! Starlight! Call me that from now on!" Bitterblue jumped up and down happily.

"Oh skies Starlight, now you've inflated that big head of her's even more. We'll never get it down to size at this rate." Arctic shook his head, sighing in mock depression.

"Sorry about that." Arctic laughed in apology.

Bitterblue leaped up as high as she could to hit Starlight's tail but fell short by a nose-length. "No! Nina's pups can't have my Omegas! Someone else can become an Omega and take care of them." She snorted, trying to hit Starlight's tail again.

"Bitterblue, that's selfish, surely Her Highness would be so kind as to share us with Nina's kits? They'd be grateful, I'm positive of this." Arctic bowed to the slate grey pup, treating her as if she were the Alpha. Bitterblue giggled and leaped up again, this time managing to hit a stray hair of Starlight's tail.

ooc: Since Bitterblue's parents left(Ashen in banishment and Leck's disappearance) when she was really young, Bitterblue sees Starlight and Arctic as the closest thing to parents. That's why she's so possessive.

Sunpaw had to restrain herself from screaming in surprise. She hated the way Willowtail could remain so silent and unnoticed for so long. It was creepy. "Th-thank you Willowtail. What would you like me to do with the spoiled herbs?" Sunpaw began to groom herself in an attempt to cover up her initial shock.

Lionroar followed the patrol, staying close behind Daisytail. He kept an eye on Brackenpaw whom was searching the area for prey.

Brackenpaw wondered where Honeypaw was. He had been very happy when he found out she was with them but then she disappeared. Oh well, I have to hunt and impress Dragonstar. I'd hate it if he were disappointed in me. I haven't caught a single piece of prey yet.
Spotting a small, dusky brown mouse searching through undergrowth for a meal, Brackenpaw smiled at the prospects of his own meal. Getting into a hunter's crouch and slowly making his way forward, he would have gotten the moue if not for his stupid tail rustling a tall weed and scaring it off into it's nearby hole. Mouse-dung! I should have noticed its home was so close by.

Bitterblue bounced on Starlight's paw, cuddling her leg.

Arctic sighed, this area was getting too crowded for even the most sociable recluse. "I'll check on Nina to see if she needs anything. Is that alright with Her Highness?" The white wolf added with a snarky attitude and playful nature. He bowed again for added effect. Bitterblue stuck her tongue out at him and Arctic rolled his eyes, leaving to check on Nina.

"Rosemary, do you know any good stories? Tell me one! I've heard all the ones Starlight has and Arctic always tells me the same one but changes the ending everytime! And he expects me to keep up with it!" Bitterblue complained. She was of course smart enough to keep up but it got confusing after a while when the butterfly could talk one moment but the next night when he retold the story the poor butterfly had had her voice stolen by the crafty fox and then the butterfly could no longer sing her songs to the flowers.

ooc: Bitterblue will love it even if it sucks lol

ic: Bitterblue hopped to Rosemary and barked happily. "Nope! Tell me the story! Badgers are the ones with the stripes on their faces right?"
