Hadleigh just chuckled sadly. " Yeah, it kind of was. " she stood up, still not meeting his eyes. " I should leave... " she whispered softly, taking a step towards the door.

Hadleigh hugged her elbows and breathed out raggedly, tears streaming again and she still wouldn't meet his eyes. " I don't. " she whispered, looking down at his feet.

Hadleigh glanced up into his eyes, then looked back down. She shook her head. " It's not alright. I'm a monster. I don't want to be like them. " she whispered. She hugged herself tighter and seemed to curl in on herself.

Hadleigh rolled her eyes and started leading the way towards her subway tunnel.

Hadleigh's eyes widened, looking directly at him now. " What?! " she nearly shrieked. " No!!! Are you crazy?! " she demanded.

Hadleigh turned away from him suddenly and crossed her arms stubbornly. " No. " she said in a decisive voice.

Hadleigh smirked and made kissy noises in front of them, then stopped realizing that they reached her subway tunnel. " Keep close if you wanna stay alive and if you want to have all you personal belongings still with you by the time you leave. " she told them, heading down the stairs and looking down the sub tunnel. " Come on, we're clear. " she said, hoppig down onto the hard packed dirt and keeping close to the sides.

Hadleigh turned back to him with a glare, then gasped when she realize he was about to do. She lunged for the knife, but he pulled away. " Please don't! " she pleaded with him.

Hadleigh kept walking until she reached the ladder that lead up to her compartment and she climbed up. Eric, a kid her age that was entirely in love with her came running towards her. " Hadleigh!!! I-- " she pushed him away by his face and he stumbled. " I really dont have time fir you Eric. Go play cards with John or something. " she grumbled. " Sure thing!! " he said enthusiastically and scurried off, and Hadleigh rolled her eyes. She kept walking through the compartment until she reached the back where what she considered her family were at a table arm wrestling. " Hey Luke. " she smiled as he turned to hug her. Luke was like her father figure. After Hadleigh's mom passed and she didn't have a home, Luke found her and took her, making sure she was always looked after by him and the other guys. " These are my friends, Elisa and Oliver. " she smiled, gesturing to them.

Hadleigh clenched her jaw and snapped her mouth shut the second he cut into his wrist. She tried breathing through her mouth so she wouldn't smell it, but it was like she could taste it in the air. She squeezed her eyes shut and shook her head, unable to speak, and forcing herself not to tackle him and start drinking all the blood.

Luke smiled at them. " Nice to meetcha, kids. Hey Hadleigh, Rob's been waiting for you to get back. " he smirked. Hadleigh sighed. " When will he learn that he just won't be able to beat me at arm-wrestling? " she grumbled. " I don't honey, he's got a pretty thick skull. " Luke smiled. " Tell him he can wait until I don't have friends over. I don't want him to scare them away. " she smiled. " Come on, I'll show you to my ' room '. " Hadleigh waved her friends after her. She went all the way to the very back where there was a stack of blankets and small bag. " Home sweet home. " she sighed, flopping down on the blankets.

ooc: Oliver, Elisa, and Hadleigh were at school and now they're down in the subway tunnel where Hadleigh lives with all these guys. That's pretty much it. Oh, and Hades is following Oliver in the shadows.

Hadleigh was now visibly shaking. She pressed her lips together harder and looked at him. " I don't want to be like them. I don't want to hurt you. " she hissed through her teeth. She hugged herself tighter and took a step away from him.

Hadleigh sighed and sat up, nervously pulling on the hem of her shorts. "So.... " she said awkwardly to her friends.

Hadleigh bit her lip, fangs showing. She slowly reached out and took his arm, not looking into his eyes. She brought his wrist closer to her face, breathing heavily.

Hadleigh smiled. " Yeah. It's okay. You know, besides being the only female. "

Hadleigh lost any control she'd had when he spoke. She hissed and latched onto his arm, drinking quickly.

Hadleigh pushed him away from her and turned around gasping. " Why did you let me do that? " she gasped, covering her face with her hands. " I hate myself... " she whispered.

Hadleigh heard and turned. She gasped and raced forward, jumping in front of Cody and knocking him down. " ARE YOU STUPID?!?! " she yelled at him, glaring. " He's a god!!!!! Did you honestly think that you stood a chance, or that he wouldn't pulverize you?!!! First thing you learn and should've known anyway, gods are superior and do have the right to kill you! " she said.

Hadleigh shook her head, feeling tears hit her hands which were still covering her face, and refusing to look at him. Hadleigh felt an immense hatred towards herself.
