Mist/Mistkit called to rain. she was convinsed that there was a cat behind her mother.

Flamekit shook his head and looked in horror at the gash he had made on his mothers nose. "I-I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to!!" he meowed

Night looked up and saw a figure standing behind her mother.

Flamekit didn't understand why he had done that to his mother. He smiled and fell down saying,"I'm dead."

"There's something walking around mommy."

'Firestar' jerked once and layed still. He had lost his last life. "I lost my last life!" he wispered to shadekit.

"Yes." she meowed.

Mist looked surprised. "You." she meowed, looking at the other she-cat. "Are you Lira?" "I got a dream from her a few moons ago. " She didn't understand why Famine was looking at her so hostile. She was her sister!! Mist continued to stare at the she-cat. Mist's New Black coat was shimmering.

"A-A cat!" Mist sayed, starting to shake.

Mist slowly backed away. She had to report to Dawn!! She had gotten her fur color just as she said would happen and knew she had to tell Dawn what was happening. The shadows were back... It was just as the prophesy stated.

"The shadow will come back to destroy...

She remembered with a shiver.

Mist ran as fast as she could, her fur turning back to the color of the creatures of the Light, Gray.
She had to report to Dawn. She ran and was finally at the edge of the hole that Famine had 'Saved' her from. She jumped down and ran through a tunnel. She came into a cave with a huge whole in the middle, letting light in. She called out a name. "DAWN!!" Dawn came out of the light and sat, waiting for the news. "Th-The Shadows are back." Mist panted. The are coming to destroy us. I saw Lira. She Talked to me in a dream but i ignored her." "Mist," Dawn said." I know you are trustworthy. You are young but strong. Use your power. It will help you. You must get out of here. Get to Barren. Tell him what happened, just DON'T tell Ravage." "RUN!!" She said, her ancient voice fading into the background.
