Ic Winter fumbled with a book. Trying to see how it worked. It was one of those capitol gadgets with the wired buttons and controls.

Winter continued to mess around with the gadget.

Winter gasped."Whoah. Talk about surprising." She said. She wrapped her arms around her."You are a lot like my sister." She said.

She smiled."She was." She said, her smile fading.

"Well, um, thankyou for apologizing to me. I am sorry for saying those things back at training."she said."So why don't we go have some dessert."

They went back to the dining room where a triple fudge, four tier, chocolate coated, mousse topped, chocolate shaving covered, whip cream on top cake awaited them. She actually started drooling. Nothing this fine would be served in 8. She wiped her face and took a slice.

"No, but eat up. This won't last long." she started eating her cake."Oh my god! It tastes like heaven!"

She finished hers, a chocolate mousse mustache on her face.

She wiped her face and wiped Kat's nose and chin. She smiled.

"Yes, of course." she said."Get some rest. Tomorrow we present for the Gamemakers."

She chuckled and headed back to her room. She had a shower and changed into a nightgown. She curled into the bed.

Featherwhisper's fur stood up."That's not a cat. Otherwise it's a really huge cat." she said shakily.

"Oh, beautiful aren't they. Starclan lives up there." The gray tabby mewed.

Kestrel walked up to Chiron."You wanted to see me?"

"Yes, there is a new demigod. She needs to get to camp halfblood. Take your pegasus Black Blood and bring her here. She's not safe where she is."

"Of course Chiron, I'm right on it." she headed to the pegasi stables and got out Black Blood.

ic: She flew over some trees but lowered down into the trees so not to be seen. She spotted Violet. Her Halfblood scent was definitely strong, she could barely smell her own. She landed beside her."Hello, you must be the new Halfblood."

Winter scrambled out of bed. She had fallen asleep. She was still in her training uniform. She rushed to the training center and picked up a spear. She grasped the shaft and lifted it over her shoulder. Her hand gripped the neck of it. She threw it with such force it dented the target. She yanked it out and tried with the human dummy. It landed in the neck.

"Half god half human. Your scent is too strong, especially here. The only place for you to go is to camp Halfblood. We are all demigods. So hop on."

"Let me introduce myself. I am Kestrel Brindlescar, daughter of Athena and Hawk Brindlescar. This is my trusty sidekick, Black Blood." Black Blood snorted and scraped his hooves impatiently."We should go. It's not safe. Get on." she said.
