Colordancer was chatting with Aurorasong. "Have you been on patrol lately?" he asked her.

Aurorasong frowned. "No." she replied. "Why?"

"Well, the last time I was, we found some rogue scents that were within our territory." Colordancer told the she-cat seriously.

Moonslash joined into the conversation. "Well, they'd better stay away if they know what's good for them." she growled.

Cloudripple nodded in agreement.

Swiftdancer approached them. "How far across were they?" he asked, narrowing his eyes.

"Oh, I was there too!" Chillpaw called. "Quite a bit across the border, actually. Maybe even a couple treelengths."

Crystalpaw hissed. "They couldn't have crossed that far without knowing where they were!"

Luminouspetal blinked calmly. "We shouldn't overreact." she mewed quietly. "If they do it again, that's when we can start to take action."

Flamekit came running out of the nursery. "I'll help fight the rogues!" she squeaked.
