Birchpaw stood as well, stretching out his legs. "Definitely. A chase is just the thing I need to wake my legs up."

Birchpelt's pelt tingled in pleasure. He had never expected to receive such an honor, to be the medicine cat for his new clan. He would be the best medicine cat he could be. "Thank you, Battlestar" he meowed. "I will do my best to make this clan proud."
-
Birchpaw crashed through bush and shrub in his mad chase for the frog. As he emerged from the undergrowth, he spotted the silvery-blue fur of a cat directly in the frog's path. "Don't let it get away!" Birchpaw cried.
-
Graystripe: "Ooooooooohhhhhh! waffle time it's waffle time, will you have some wafs of mine?"
-
Birchpaw felt instantly friendly towards the shy apprentice as he purred his thanks. "That was a great catch!" he meowed. "I'm Birchpaw by the way."
-
OCC: is there someplace nearby that we can use as our connection with starclan? also, can the large hollow log be the medicine den?
Birchpelt found the large hollow log comfortable, with enough space near the back to store herbs and patients. He curled up to sleep with one last thought: I will have to see starclan as soon as possible so they can accept me.
-
Graystripe: "Firestar doesn't like waffles!"
-
Birchpaw thought for a moment. "How about to Sunning Rocks? I'll bet they're nice and warm today."

Mom Kills angry beavers and lollipops for breakfast
-
OCC: Ok. Can you please describe it in detail so I have a clear idea of what I'm working with?
-
Birchpaw twitched his whiskers sheepishly. "I was supposed to be, but the day is just so nice I guess I forgot." This was not the first time that Birchpaw had neglected his duties. He was a free spirit and was easily distracted. He would never be made a warrior at this rate.

The host of this party is nowhere to be found

-
Birchpaw bounced along in here wake, his usual cheerful self. He had so much energy inside him that he felt like he could battle Tigerclan! He leaped passed silverpaw, feeling the need to spend his energy. "I'll race you there!" he called over his shoulder.
-
Birchpaw stood as well, glad to see the small apprentice so enthusiastic. "Thanks!" he meowed gratefully. "Hunting with someone else is always more fun."

501 BEATS 500! SUCK IT! :P
-
Birchpaw purred in amusement when leaf and loam where kicked up over his head as Skypaw shot off into the trees. He remembered (for once) the frog and buried it before setting off at a leisurely pace in the direction of his friend's scent. He came upon her as she was burying a fresh catch; He could tell it was a mouse from the mouthwatering aroma. "You really are a good hunter!" Birchpaw exclaimed in wonder. "That must have been the fastest catch in the world. I don't think a warrior could have done better."
-
That's ok. I have apple sauce.

-
Birchpaw quickly fell behind the speedy she-cat. Wow! he thought. I bet she could beat Windclan in a race!
-
Birchpaw was truly astounded by Skypaw's skill. "If I were half as good a hunter as you, I would have been made a warrior moons ago" he meowed without the slightest hint of jealousy.
