Why don't we just tell Lightning about Haruhi? It's not exactly a secret if you learn it on the first episode and it simply stays that way throughout the anime. Like Detective Conan for example. He turns into a little kid around the first episode. Nothing really special or secret about that since the description of the anime is something like:

Lol yeah. Sometimes we figure out WHO did it, but we don't know HOW.

Anyway, all you have to do it search "Detective Conan Subbed" on google

if you searched "Case Closed Subbed" I don't think that would of worked because the english and japanese version both have different titles.
