"No, I will be perfectly fine," he mewed.

"Nope! I'm going without you," he hissed, and darted into the trees, no longer visible.
-
Hush sighed. "Please... there's something I need to do, and I need to do it alone."
He suddenly felt his scruff caught. "Hey!" -
Hush squirmed in the cat's grip. "Leggo of me!" he cried, feebly prodding the cat's muzzle with tiny claws that didn't do a lick of damage. "I'll... I'll rip you to shreds!"
-
Hush, unfortunately, was not grabbed by the cat's lunge. He flailed his paws weakly.
-
Hush, in all this, felt himself drop to the ground, and lay there for a moment, cold and alone.
-
Hush's whole apprentice-aged body stung.
His ribs were bruised and beaten from the jaws of the fox. His head was scarred above his eye, and still leaked blood every so often. The side of his neck was cut, not deeply, but enough to bleed a fair amount. He could have collapsed on the ground long ago, but he somehow hadn't.
The tom-kit hadn't the least idea where he was, either. -
Hush could barely remember the she-cat. His mind was blurred by the pain from his wounds. "Brightheart..." he mewed slowly.
-
He nodded, allowing his legs to buckle out from beneath him.
-
Hush. A rogue apprentice-sized cat who'd been through an impressive amount. Hardly any time after he'd been born, his mother had been murdered by Twolegs in front of his eyes. He'd been taken in to be fed by the same Twolegs, when they realized the cat had a kitten, and kept him for a week before sending him back out. There Hush had met his best friend ever, Rosie, but after he'd been nearly ripped apart by a fox, they were forever separated. He wouldn't be alive today, though, had it not been for Brightheart who had saved him life multiple times and rescued him from a band of kit-stealing cats.
And now he wanted to join ThunderClan. The scarred rogue stumbled into the camp, panting.
-
Hush was used to this sort of fussing. He was injured often enough. "I'm fine. Those are just scars," he corrected. "Er... I was hoping to join the ranks of ThunderClan as an apprentice... would you know anyone who would object to that?"
-
"All right. Thank you," he replied.
(Do I actually have to message him or something to join?)
-
Hush turned to the kit. "Hello," he mewed. He felt a sharp stab of pain- she reminded him of Rosie- but he didn't show it.
-
Hush smiled. "Yes... yes I will." He purred at the small kit- he was only a little older than her, but quite a bit bigger.
-
"And when I'm accepted into the Clan, I can have a Clan name, like you," he purred.
-
( Okay. I'll make him Hushpaw, then, but not in this thread yet.)
"Yeah," he said. Hush flicked his tail and pawed at the scar down his face.
-
As the title states, Hushpaw of ThunderClan needs a mentor.
He's a quiet cat, but is to-the-point when he does speak. -
"My scars are healed," Hush mewed. "It's fine. But about half of the scars were made by a fox, and the other half, by a bunch of kit-stealers."
-
Hush grinned. "I won't, don't worry."
-
"Oh, okay. Thanks," he mewed to Moonkit.
(Did he actually say that?)
