You can mourn again later, but I barely knew her, and my first interest is the fate of these kits." The femme lashed her tail, rolling her eyes with the snort. Reaching for the second, smaller, kit, the medicinal apprentice bit her tongue for now on.

    Rolling her eyes, Candle picked up the smaller kit, bringing them in to lay near their sibling. Then, pausing besides Melody, the female huffed. Shoving her muzzle under Melody's chest, she let an NPC roll the medicine cat onto her back, standing up slowly.

    Recap? (10-11 pages is pretty long.) Sorry I was gone so long, but I was on an unannounced hiatus because of my busy schedule. Hopefully I have it all sorted out now. I will not be able to post on Mondays from now on, due to a group, and some days, which will be told as they are coming up (about two or three days in advance), I will have some church business.

An odd match, but amazing either way. Xena Belle does not seem the type to like travel that much, but that is a misconception. She loves travel, she can find a lover, a family, a home, but she can find the perfect one. She doesn't have to wait for him, she can find him.
    Waterway is calm, hates heights, but loves water. He is a smaller dragon, but he still has enough space that he can dive to amazing depths and keep his travel partner safe inside the cavern of his mouth, even if she gets a little slobbery. They're looking for a new group member or two, now, to create a small band.
    Sitting on the bank of the river, Xena Belle frowned a little as Waterway splashed her, but soon burst into laughter, unable to keep a frowning face. She had been chatting with Waterway about the possibility of recruiting more members when the male had brought up his tail sharply, feathers flinging large water droplets at his feline companion, his rarely seen playful side. As she splashed into the water to get him, figuring that she was wet already, Waterway stared past her, at the banks. "A traveller?" Trying to catch the creature's attention, Waterway rose out of the water, raising up his wings over his head. The blue scaled male kept his front legs in the clear liquid, trying not to show the burns too much. His whole body flashed blue, over and over, on and off, and Xena Belle squeezed her eyes shut. "Must you always do that? You might make someone blind!" Her voice was teasing, kind, though, tempering the sarcastic words.
    Looking at the creature with her large, stormy blue pools squinted, she called out in a soft soprano. "Hello! Yes, over here!"[/fancypost]
