Cadence didn't like all this wolf business, and she was beginning to recall why she had slunk off in the first place. Dog boys and relationship tension to boot. She wished Angau would come back. At least he had made sense.

I love JohnRose. I would be happy to roleplay that.

A long, slinking shape trailed the cats. The boa knew better than to eat cats in cat territory–or any territory, really– but there was always the temptation. Additionally, their conversation might clue her in on the inner workings of this fascinating clan she had discovered. So long as the felines didn't notice the ten-foot-long snake following along behind them, she would be fine.
-
Kismesis or Matesprit? Also, would you like to be Rose or John? I can do either, but I'd prefer Rose.

Cadence grinned at Angau. Think of the devil–or, in this case, the grim reaper. "Hi Angau!" She got up and hugged him. "Where have you been?"

The quadrant qeustion was directed at VriskaxTerezi. I will message you presently.

Eridan ran a hand through his red hair and sighed. There she was, the girl of his dreams, and he couldn't get up the nerve to go talk to her. He never could. The teenager wound his scarf around his neck and shivered. It was far too cold outside for his liking. He'd be glad when spring actually picked up the pace.
-
"Morning Jade," Dave greeted her, careful to keep his voice monotone. Cool guys didn't show emotion. He was standing, staring out the window through his shades at the world they had finally created.
-
Six letter rule, everybody. Thank you for noticing it. I will play Vriske, commonly know as Vriska.
-
"You want something to eat? I promise it won't be potato chips and orange soda this time." Dave offered, still looking out the window.
-
Eridan saw Feferi walking over. "Oh, uh, hey Fef." He was mentally cursing himself for being do awkward, but he really had no idea what to say. "Wwhat's up?" At least she looked just as cold as he did; he wouldn't look like a sissy or anything. That was something, at least.
-
It's nothing to be sorry for.
-
"That poor cashier won't know what happened," Cadence said, laughing. The tension between the others bothered her, and she was doing her best to tune it out.
-
"Not a lot," Eridan replied. He resisted the urge to run a hand through his hair again; it was becoming a habit. "It's glubbin' cold out here," he added. He shivered against the cold and wished he'd brought a jacket or something.
-
Gods, hm? The boa really had a lot to learn. The place was beautiful, she had to admit, but she had never even heard the word god, much less knew what it meant. The snake let out a tiny, hissing sigh and continued to listen in.

Dave decided not to tell Jade that he didn't know how to cook. He'd figure something out. He followed Jade downstairs to the kitchen and pulled out a pan like he knew what he was doing.
-
"Relationship problems," Cadence answered. "I don't get them." She looked over toward Kodi and Richard–only to see yet another stranger in their midst. "Who's that?"
-
"I don't know, you might end up in a pile of soft puppet a--," Dave managed to say with a straight face. He wielded the pan experimentally. It was way heavier than any cooking utensil had a right to be, and the boy had no idea how people actually made food with them.
-
"Should wwe... go inside or somefin?" Eridan asked. The sky looked just about ready to burst. "My place is just dowwn the street, if you wwant." If the boy had been a spectator of this conversation, he would have smacked himself. This was going horribly! She would probably leave him there to get rained on for being such a loser.
-
"Back where? Just...anywhere?" Cadence had plenty of questions about their ultimate destination, but most of them could wait. "And I'm Cadence!"
