Wow. Y'all are evil when there's a Savannah up... I am now glad I settled on Aigyptos!

And I could write a sequel!

Anyway, I would like to see no more specials. One on Hawkfrost would be interesting, but really, they have tortured the series so much already...
-
Fox, as downtrodden as he felt, couldn't help but smile. Though the tom had been watching from the background, he had seen much of these bobcats' personalities. The (former?) BattleMaster nodded to Caligula, then addressed some of the surrounding Clancats quietly. "I have spent more time than I would regularly wish to... However, I have come to see that not all of them are so bad, even if I do not agree with all of their methods."
His green eyes flickered to Neruka, who had spoken of some stirrings to him before- but never this had she mentioned. She could have told him... But, he would have done something to stop it. Ah, well; what was done was done. -
Fox couldn't help but glance at the late-arriving Cloverfang, his pink tongue left cleaning a blood clot off of his shoulder. The red tom's bright eyes briefly met the ThunderClan warrior's, acknowledging the other fighter. Fox finished licking the wound, then turned his atention back to Caligula, Neruka, and Zander, briefly wondering what Cloverfang would think of the development, as well as the other recent arrivals.
-
Soul, who had padded away from her father, heard Dawn's cry and ventured over. The lithe little tabby to-be's face scrunched for a moment, a bit confused by the other warrior's face. She cocked her head, sitting down before Dawn. "Yes...?"
-
"I think it should be Raven's choice. For now, in her abscence, I will follow my father's lead. He loves his sister, yes; that may mave blinded him, yes. But Fox sees something good in these largecats, and we should follow his example." Soul spoke calmly, her smooth voice and unruffled fur not giving hint to the terror she felt inside. Fox trusted Neruka, possibly with his life, even after Eclipse- but should the rest of the Tribe?
-
Soul looked at Caligula, sighing. She then glanced at Dawn. "No matter. It's what we have. For now, if you like, pretend my father is the leader. Pretend Caligula is a normal smallcat. It's not that hard. You seem friendly, and funny," she added to the bobcat. "And, Sir Caligula, what will my father Fox's new position be? You should have some smallcats on the council."
-
OOC: Oops, accidentally deleted my post.

Fox couldn't help but smile a bit. "Well, Caligula, when compared with the InnerClan cats we're shy a few mice of the freshkill pile." The cat's eyes turned again towards the cats above him on the Highrock. "So does everybody when compared to sombody else comsidered 'normal'. Choose any person in your Clan you don't know well and think strange; then consider yourself to them, them reverse it and see what they must think of you."
-
"Would you like me to?" Soul did not know why she was being so open, past Fox's acceptance of the Tribe's fate. Perhaps it was just Caligula. "I think everyone should have a chance to learn. Do you know what StarClan is, the Clan's version of the Tribe of the Clear Moon?"
-
Soul laughed; a charming laugh, suprising for the daughter of such a wry cat as Fox. "Dawn, don't confuse him. Caligula is trying to help." She turned back to the bobcat. "We have the Tribe of the Clear Moon. They are similar to StarClan... While our ancestors might not walk the same skies, they have the same interests at heart- preserving our Tribe. The cats of our Star-Tribe are ruled by the supreme Stars; ThunderStar, WindStar, ShadowStar, RiverStar, MoonStar. There is one other major Star... Eclipse. Eclipse is the root of all things evil that have happened as our- fairly recent- Tribe takes its roots." Soul paused, to let the lesson be absorbed by the big bobcat.
-
Fox gave a barking laugh, adding to the warrior Jaggedfang, "I may be mistaken, being an uneducated Tribecat, but is not the point of a Gathering to discuss that which has gone on in your Clans? If a massacre is part of that news, however fargone or recent it may be, then by all means it should be shared! As for tuna, I feel a little comic relief may be necessary at times." Fox's green eyes once again scanned the fringes of the moonlit forest, searching for signs of WindClan.
-
Soul's eyes closed for a moment, thinking. "If their heart was in the right place, I suppose yes." She opened her eyes, looking squarely at Caligula. "I don't see why not; you are cats, too, just like us smallcats. The only difference would be your size. Do bobcats have a StarClan or Sky-Tribe?" she asked, genuine curiosity in her face.
OOC: I shall call the Tribe of the Clear Moon the Sky-Tribe for brevity's sake. =)
-
Soul nodded, her hazel eyes curious. "I've never heard of that," she meowed. "But then, I've never met bobcat before, either. I suppose that where you'll go, then, determines on which you believe in more." She flicked an ear, rubbing it with her paw as she sat down.
-
"When you join? It is not as if you can change from a mortal standpoint the views of the stars," Soul put in thoughtfully. With a name like hers- Lost Love's Soul in Sky- she was suprised that Raven had not made her a Star-Reader. As time went on, the name had proven more and more apt for her pensieve nature; Soul supposed, though, that her bloodthirsty side would not have put up with the decision. Hopefully the two balanced would- would have- made her a great leader, if she achieved any such council post as could have become leader form there.

Well... I'm a bit of an isolationist. I think the US should just pull out of everywhere and shut ourselves in a little iron box. But no one's going to do that... So I suggest just isolating yourself from America if you're that concerned, or take an active, well-thought out offensive stragtegy against American social anti-socialness. To point out, though, we are in a war right now, even if it is downplayed and cut out as an evil venture started by a bunch of "stupid Republicans". Does that not give us a reason to be doubling missile development? Even if I had not heard we are?

Butter is good on toast. =D
I try to avoid real butter, except on popcorn. It is very rich and mostly I get a tummyache after too much.
But I like some margarins, esp. the kind with garlic and herbs in it! *yumyum* Butter has its place, too. -
Soul laughed. "That would make things more cheerful. I do hope you can be serious at times, though; sometimes a situation doesn't require a chipper atmosphere." Her hazel eyes glinted thoughtfully. Turning to Dawn, she added, "Dawn, suggesting someone should go to the Dark Forest is not very nice."
-
OOC: Sun is, dun know about Snow though...
Fox shook his head, clearing it of the craziness that had transpired here. With a bound, the redpelted tabby exited the clearing as well, following Caligula. He paused at the edge of the clearing, emerald eyes locking on Neruka for a moment.
-
Soul shook her head, smiling. "That, you would have to take up with the stars when you join them. Perhaps they would let you throw lightning bolts on nonbelievers." Her hazel eyes glinted with laughter, and she rubbed a paw across her tabby ears.
-
"And how would you use lightning to achieve that?" Soul was curious now; but, as she pondered the Sky-Tribe, she thought of Raven. What had happened to her? "Caligula, do you know what happened to Raven? Somehow, Neruka's story doesn't sit straight on my conscience."
